Fantstic demonstration! All these tips are gems. This gives me some practice goals. I will encourage my club to set up some coaches' training time, maybe a weekend course to work on these multishuttle skills. Any ideas on progressions to build better feeding? Start with a few shuttles, just practice the toss, work on finger coordiation ( I like to chopstick analogy), add movement...? Caoches need to be athletes to do this stuff. The better the feeder, the more challenges for the athletes.
wow... I have been doing this for years while doing drills with my girlfriend without knowing. I've only ever used 5 shuttles max at a time but I never really thought about it. I've never tried throwing it high enough for a smash, I've only been throwing about head level when i'm standing at the net to practice her defense. And obviously underhand clear to practice her drops and court movements... COOL :)
Hi, I was wondering how did you manage to throw on the air (like feeding the player for defend or overhead shot) without the other shutter fall off from your arm? Any advice or tips?
Hi TekkaiJon, the more you do it, the better you manage all those shuttles. Shuttles just rest along your entire forearm and try to steady that arm more.
Best ever multi feed video ! Thanks a million Tony
