    Do you recommend the same exercises for women?

    • @Unclecarlfather
      @Unclecarlfather 3 года назад +1

      They will work for anyone who wants to jump higher, as a women you still have all the same muscles as a man just less testosterone so generally you can do the same exercises especially for vertical jump

    • @yeatdagoat173
      @yeatdagoat173 3 года назад +1

      Yes. If you put in the work consistently, you might get a 40 inch vert in the future but you've gotta work

    • @Unclecarlfather
      @Unclecarlfather 3 года назад +1

      @@yeatdagoat173 I don’t think any women on earth could realistically hVe a 40 inch vertical maybe I’m wrong always exceptions it just seems like that an unreasonable amount of power to weight for a women

    • @yeatdagoat173
      @yeatdagoat173 3 года назад

      @@Unclecarlfather Guys have hit 50 inches I think women can get 36-40 if they try hard enough

      @@yeatdagoat173 that's a bold claim. Yiu don't know her hight or anything. 40 is elite vertical...even for men😂you being silly

    Great to see NBA players do some actual workouts and not the bs that Lebron is doing

    • @Unclecarlfather
      @Unclecarlfather 3 года назад +1

      He basically naturally has a 40 inch vertical and 260 pounds of muscle he works very hard tho don’t discredit it

    • @j.b.6372

      Define: “actual workout”?

    • @g.berwald5312
      @g.berwald5312 2 года назад

      LeBron does mainly do core and stability workouts(at least what he shows). He is a freak of nature and has a high jump naturally.
