    Wow, das hat heute Morgen richtig schön geballert. Körper auf Betriebstemperatur gebracht und ab in den Tag. Ich finde die Cardio-Einheiten mit den leichten Gewichten super gut. Sie ersetzen natürlich nicht das Training mit Gewichten, aber sie geben dem Cardio Training die richtige Würze. Vielen Dank, Kathrin, das man immer wieder auf Deinem Kanal das richtige für sein Training findet.

      I will also do some more LOW IMPACT workouts which means we will do a lot more slow and controlled movements. They are supposed to be also very good and effective for all of us, too. ❤️🙏🏼

    302 calories burnt ! I used 2kg dumbbells as well, it was tough at some point but it was fun!! Workout with light dumbbells is quite enjoyable 💕! Danke Kaykay for this amazing workout 😊

    I was planning to do this workout and combine it with another 30 min workout. Yeah.. I barely finished your 15 mins core with weight workout after this one.

    Burpees right at the end? OMG kaykay!!!! Question - diagonal jackknives - should I be on the point of my hip or on the glute? On the hip hurts. Does the movement target the obliques? Great wake up session.

Sie sind so abwechslungsreich und machen so viel Spaß. Zusätzlich fordern sie und man fühlt sich danach einfach großartig🥰😍😍 ich hoffe auf noch ganz viele Weitere - vorallem von meinen Favoriten: Box und KB Workouts😉🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
