I recently found your workouts and am 3 weeks post-laproscopic surgery so I am loving this combination of cardio with light weights. It gets my heart rate up while building strength/toning in my arms and legs. Your all standing one was really awesome for me since I'm not supposed to do things with planks yet like mountain climbers or burpees. Thanks for these workouts!
I did this training, it is a great challenge, I recommend it, as I did not have light dumbbells, with 1kg gaiters and some exercises with 20 lb dumbbells.
You have a great rhythm to your workouts and each move just melds into the next… all the while my heart rate is up ⬆️ Look forward to every one of your workouts! ❤️

I alternated between 3 lb / 10 lb sets and this was a sweaty (extremely sweaty) cardio workout. I love the incorporation of weights!! Active cal 350.
