Hell Yes, Brent. many of us (strangers to you) have been rooting for you & petitioning local, state & federal gov’t reps to take a look at what’s been occurring to hard working Americans like yourself. the judicial branch is separate for a reason & many reps are law scholars, so it actually hits home when they see the justice system failing. let’s keep making noise & throw sticks when necessary.

Damn straight, Letting the EPA decide on an appeal on their own ruling is litterly like an official "are you sure" yup were sure pay up sucker! A jury is able to actually look at it from a realistic view like they sold it as off road racing use only and jury may say well it looks like they didn't do anything illegal Vs whatever I don't care here's your fine...
You can pay this ridiculous amount by this time or appeal to us and you will 110% lose and then pay an even more ridiculous amount. That's called extortion it was illegal last I knew, apparently the government is exempt kinda like insider trading is a crime unless you're a US senator then it's not only ethical its legal...the US Senate the insider of insiders! How did that happen? Oh yeah they make the laws... They wonder why some people despise the government.

@@jaydunbar7538the 90% rate is because so few cases are taken to trial. Losing cases are either dropped or settled before trial. This was a major decision that will have wide spread effects. It's hard to overstate the importance of this ruling in terms of how our country has been ran for the past 50 years or more. I could go on for pages about why this was so important a decision. There will also be some negative effects that are outside this instant discussion, but I hope Coop will have an attorney who specializes in regulatory and administrative law to talk about it. There is an excellent reason significant words are used in legal documents and other legal situations. Redundant words help ensure that the intended meaning is clear to everyone, or instead, the correct terms are used so that laws, judgments, and any other legally binding items do not allow for any other interpretation except the approved and binding phrase which cannot leave any loopholes to let someone wiggle out of being held accountable.

It also tempers the epa, because they will have to take the time and money to go to court.. which will incentivize them to first pick and choose their battles, “Brent Pfi whom sold a couple hondata’s , with no evidence they were EVER used anywhere but on a drag strip” would not (most likely) have been a target.. and as far as JH diesel, he would at MINIMUM be able to present what an egr does to an engine, how many Americans have trucks with less than 50k miles, that cost 100k dollars, and have had expensive (emissions equipment) repairs only to have the benefit of these repairs damage their vehicles.. and it would open the possibility of the epa being forced to PROVE diesel emissions harm the environment (in the manner they claim), and companies like sinister, banks, power driven, and many others, be it tuners, or deletes will be able to rebut their claims…

Sounds like the ruling puts the system back so it operates the way it is meant to. Expecting they'll argue that this will now 'clog up the legal system', and that overloaded judicial system is 'why they took it in-house'.

Coop I am kinda shocked to see this content. I am a hot redder but also work in the sewer/water industry . The EPA has made significant changes which have improved our country's drinking water and air pollution. I hope this ruling doesn't cause pollution to increase again.
