So many people out here trying to take our country back! I do think this will help slap the hand of government over reach !
Hell Yes, Brent. many of us (strangers to you) have been rooting for you & petitioning local, state & federal gov’t reps to take a look at what’s been occurring to hard working Americans like yourself. the judicial branch is separate for a reason & many reps are law scholars, so it actually hits home when they see the justice system failing. let’s keep making noise & throw sticks when necessary.
Hopefully J.H. and PFI will now be able to bring suits back against the E.P.A. for unjustly being prosecuted.
That'd be nice.
It would cost too much to be worth their time.
Unless a great lawfirm took it pro bono the lawsuit would cripple PFI and other small businesses.
They could possibly do a class action lawsuit
@@brianhbinesh @morgan&morgan
The Supreme Court also just ruled that the DOJ and ATF can't create new laws without going through Congress (Aka, the way the Constitution says it has to). This should take away a lot of the power from the 3 letter agencies!
Now we need to work on taking down the IRS a few pegs and reel in the FTC and their outrageous taxpayer overspending.
So happy about that. Now I’m waiting for suppressors and sbr next!
I back only one 3 letter agency, the UFC!
Now repeal nfa and gca
THAT is something that really needs to be more known, these agencies have no power to create new rules and sure as hell are not allowed to just make whatever they want law! The EPA and ATF have way overstepped on just that especially in the recent years!
Coop you just need to start a gearhead news network, this is good stuff
And please make it International. Great Idea. Coop would kill it !
All of the 3 letters have been overstepping their bounds for decades!
i have a 4 letter word for them!
@@dmbworks8094 I'm just curious what this 4 letter word is 😂
All except the irs
The entirety of the federal government is treasonous and tyrannical
All 3 letter agencies are a burden on the government and its' people. Just like most of the Federal Government.
You need to get Steve Lehto on your show. Car guy. lawyer, cool dude.
That would be awesome. His law office is about 20 miles from me so it’s cool that he lives in Michigan like myself but his RUclips channel is great and I watch a lot of it. I’ve read several of his books on Michigan history, cars, and other stuff he’s written about. I’d love to see those two on a video together.
That could be a long interesting episode
That would be amazing! I think they would have a great conversation
I concur
The government totally sucks
Jack black approves
and the police enforcing there stupid policy sucks nuts
@@promx96 and the alternative?
It took away their "Judge, Jury, Executioner" power.
Exactly
I actually like hearing about this stuff. Please keep it going Cooper we need more people like you shedding light on the BS EPA.
A lot more than just the EPA, THAT is why it took 40 years and they have successfully done what they have done….. People are clueless nor do they care UNTIL it effects them in some way that’s obvious!
This didn’t come from someone effected by the EPA or vehicles, it came from fishermen fighting back!
Yes!!! Thank goodness someone was persistent enough to get this put back to how it should be.
The three people who voted against this should be fired
Commission. Judges are COMMISSIONED. Say it Coop. You are very smart.
Coop, I really like this style and topic coming from your point of view. In my opinion everyone that paid the fines should be able to sue the EPA. It’s a gross violation of due process and clearly unconstitutional.
I hope the EPA is completely disbanded.
All 3 letter agencies need to go
The EPA has done amazing things for this country. They have turned our air quality completely around from what it used to be
That being said, for every good thing they've done, they've done something distasteful and stepped on twice as many toes doing so. All of these agencies get a little bit of power and a lotta bit of money and go crazy with it
@@jacobwebb8818< this guy sucks off the epa and probably sleepy joe.
@@coletrain3333 i love when people say this it just proves there room temp
@@Taboomix God Bless
Damn straight, Letting the EPA decide on an appeal on their own ruling is litterly like an official "are you sure" yup were sure pay up sucker! A jury is able to actually look at it from a realistic view like they sold it as off road racing use only and jury may say well it looks like they didn't do anything illegal Vs whatever I don't care here's your fine...
You can pay this ridiculous amount by this time or appeal to us and you will 110% lose and then pay an even more ridiculous amount. That's called extortion it was illegal last I knew, apparently the government is exempt kinda like insider trading is a crime unless you're a US senator then it's not only ethical its legal...the US Senate the insider of insiders! How did that happen? Oh yeah they make the laws... They wonder why some people despise the government.
Supreme Court upholding the checks and balances that keep 3 letter agencies from doing whatever they want without recourse. This makes me happy.
The BATF has taken a beating from the Supreme court recently too.....a guy loves to see it
Hopefully the hearing protection act finally gets approved and Suppressors get classified as an accessory.
@@jaidedeyethat'd be nice. Funny how it's like that in Europe of all places.
@@zac2384 agreed.
Kory Willis owner of PPEI has paid like 3 million in fines you should have him on your pod cast
Never clicked a video so fast 😂
Me neither brother 🤣
Hey Cooper I like the new format, it seems like it fits you very well and it's fun to watch. You're set looks great to! Well done I'm glad you settled into a niche.
Keep up this kind of work, Coop. This is what the people want. I click on these types of videos from you more than any.
A big thank you Cooper for keeping us informed I sure hope JH and Brent could have some kind of recourse on their finest.love you Cooper you always are the smart one
Government never goes back to right it’s wrongs, it is always starting now and going forward…… Any wrong doings in the past, 🤷🏼 sorry!
This is awesome news 🙌 talk about a conflict of interest having a judge rule that is hired and payed by the agency. How ridiculous that it even happened... thanks Cooper for bringing this to attention!
Thanks for getting this out in public Cooper, it is something good. I is way harder to take back this ground than it was to lose it.
Regulatory bodies are a necessary evil. Without them, there would be unimaginable and uninsurable losses. Happy to hear this news as a car enthusiasts. Cheers!
yes, but the battle is how to keep them from constantly expanding and swallowing freedom whole.
@@user-ex3lo7pk9j - I totally agree. All authorities and agencies need to be held accountable and answerable to someone else. Absolute power always corrupts absolutely. It’s just in our fallen nature.
According to who? The media and the agencies themselves that tell us that we would turn to cannibalism without them? No thanks.
Like the new content buddy!
Local police call me a curbside attorney. 😂 Nothing they throw at me sticks.
Its very nice to see you cover this topic!
Thanks for the good news Cooper. Hopefully some of these cases will actually be fare.
Disband the ATF, EPA, FBI, CIA, IRS. Yall can add others if you like.
You do understand that the way our government works is why America is up there in the top countries to live in, right?
😂😂😂😂
@Chris-zo5ze none of these agencies even existed for the vast majority of time this country has existed.
@@xjmg007 right... back when America was great? The time of monopolies, child labor, and slavery... if only we could go back to the good ol days. 👀
Cars, electricity, and plumbing are modern things, too... What's your point?
@@Chris-zo5zebecause there's no monopolies today right? I don't want to be ruled by unelected bureaucrats without a say, these agencies have gained way too much power
Will this stop the state from being able to bring suit against citizens then having the state court system process the case???
This is awesome! Thanks for sharing this Coop! We car guys don't hear about this stuff on main stream news
That's awesome! Thanks for the update!
Awesome stuff. Thanks for covering and sharing this Cooper.
Just wanted to get my car inspected today here in New York state. I was a little bit worried about the tuned ECU I recently got not letting it pass the readiness checks, as I stopped in the week before to let the inspector know.
All the worries didn't matter,as it's a 99 model and didn't require him to plug into OBD2.
He wasn't sure why, and only thing I can think is it's 25yo.
Time to gut the cat and get a retune for a bunch of deletes 😂😂
Love your channel cooper. Thank you for keeping us informed 👌🏻
very well said Coop! thx appreciate all you do!
J.h diesel needs to sue his lawyer .his lawyer could have done same thing
Sorry but you are showing your ignorance of the legal system. Lawyers don’t work on contingencies in cases like this. It’s all done on hourly fees and costs. How far you take cases like this (appeal system) is 100% how deep your pockets are. I would be interested to know how much the guy that took this case all the way to SCOTUS spent. Pretty sure it’s probably in the millions of dollars.
It's so rad. EPA, FDA, ATF; all previous rules under scrutiny now.
Glad you're covering this cooper!
Enjoying this new format you have here Coop!
Thanks for sharing Coop! EPA no longer being the Judge, the Jury and the Executioner is a big step forward fighting tyranny. Hopefully JH and PFI can appeal their case!
Keep it up coop! Thank you for the info!!
This is a move in the right direction for sure.
Thanks for postin on this Cooper
Make it easyier to keep up
Lapp
Love seeing you talk about this kind of stuff. Also would love to see you have Kory Willis from ppei on the podcast, guy has some pretty good stories from the epa
Along with Chevron Deference being struck down, administrative agencies are no longer able to be judge, jury and executioner. This is great news for individual freedoms.
That’s not along with it, that’s what IT means.
Knowledge is power 💪. Thank you
Awesome little quick update video!
I'm liking the news videos. Keep up the good work 🔥
SO excited to finally see some positive change and return to fairness for the people.
There’s also a second amendment case that may stop California from ticketing out of state people for loud exhaust
Chevron deference was also just overruled. It's a win for car and firearm enthusiasts...YES!!!! This great for us all.
Thanks for the broadcast coop
Steve Leto. Get him on your show as well as Gale Banks. Would be amazing.
That's a great step in the right direction, thanks for the info, Cooper, they still need to have this "green agenda" which isn't really green, removed, or corrected.
Can we get Kory from PPEI on??
Thanks Cooper!
Thanks for sharing! Great video! 😁
I would love to here more of this keep up the great content
This is huge! It’s going to affect so many federal agencies. Fantastic rule!
The reason they use those big words is that they have very specific definitions. Laws using generalized terms are bad laws and allow for people to "interrupt" the law to their own ends. To evenly apply a law it has to be specific.
Awesome. Great for sharing this
from what i understandit does not go back retroactively they have to bring a new lawsuit against that agency
Shouldn't any/all cases that had an in house judge be overturned?
It all depends on how the decision was worded. If the guy that brought the case didn’t make this an issue of the case then SCOTUS likely wouldn’t rule on this particular issue.
I can't remember the exact wording but it's not going to be a law retroactively. So no each case will have to go either appeal or have to go and sue the EPA for damages.
The way i see it is if you go against anyone (EPA) that is paying a judge you stand 0% chance of winning. Now at least you stand a 50% chance or higher of winning your case. Supreme Court just belly punched the EPA. WTG Jarkesy @ thumbs up and a BIG HELL YEA Brother.
US runs like a 90% conviction rate so i wouldn’t count on it, but it certainly helps give the appearance of impartiality.
@@jaydunbar7538the 90% rate is because so few cases are taken to trial. Losing cases are either dropped or settled before trial. This was a major decision that will have wide spread effects. It's hard to overstate the importance of this ruling in terms of how our country has been ran for the past 50 years or more. I could go on for pages about why this was so important a decision. There will also be some negative effects that are outside this instant discussion, but I hope Coop will have an attorney who specializes in regulatory and administrative law to talk about it. I am afraid it's gonna get swept under the rug of all the Supreme Court decisions coming out.
Great stuff, Coop
Praise the Lord
Hey Cooper i thank this type of stuff is your strong point .
Definitely a set in the right direction!
Very nice Coop
Good stuff coop, keep up the good work. Now you need to start CMSNN =Coop MotorSports News Network
Coop you better at this than drag racing 👌
Hopefully affects the atf as well. I’m not super current on everything rn but I do know we just got our bump stocks and braces back. Lots of good deregulation happening on many fronts. Let’s keep it rollin.
The Chevron Deference case judgement is probably even bigger.
some people dont understand how huge this is its the biggest case in my lifetime
Hope they have to pay back the fines they made these shops paid!!!!
Thanks for sharing...! Keep up your awesomeness...!!! I remember in the nineties, Bubba the Love Sponge in Tampa, Florida called President Bush "Ass-bucket Bush" on air...A week later, the FCC issued him/ the radio station a $5 million dollar fine...!?!
Keep up the good work brother
Damn it wet shot now I'm going to have to watch more since your getting into this stuff
You gotta get the side by side blog on there and ask them where they're at what they're doing. Where'd they go
Buddies got corrupt, banging their friends wife and stealing money. Rick/Leo.
There is an excellent reason significant words are used in legal documents and other legal situations. Redundant words help ensure that the intended meaning is clear to everyone, or instead, the correct terms are used so that laws, judgments, and any other legally binding items do not allow for any other interpretation except the approved and binding phrase which cannot leave any loopholes to let someone wiggle out of being held accountable.
I wonder if this will also affect things like the nfl.
It also tempers the epa, because they will have to take the time and money to go to court.. which will incentivize them to first pick and choose their battles, “Brent Pfi whom sold a couple hondata’s , with no evidence they were EVER used anywhere but on a drag strip” would not (most likely) have been a target.. and as far as JH diesel, he would at MINIMUM be able to present what an egr does to an engine, how many Americans have trucks with less than 50k miles, that cost 100k dollars, and have had expensive (emissions equipment) repairs only to have the benefit of these repairs damage their vehicles.. and it would open the possibility of the epa being forced to PROVE diesel emissions harm the environment (in the manner they claim), and companies like sinister, banks, power driven, and many others, be it tuners, or deletes will be able to rebut their claims…
Sounds like the ruling puts the system back so it operates the way it is meant to. Expecting they'll argue that this will now 'clog up the legal system', and that overloaded judicial system is 'why they took it in-house'.
Cooper thats great news!Hopefully its stops the beating up on the small guy.I like to see JH, Brent and Jamie as well as others get there money back.
does this apply to HOA's as well?
Those were gutted by new Florida Law recently, other states will soon follow.
Sounds reasonable... I'd like to hear the opposing opinion.
The epa is bankrupting the power grid, farmers, and the trucking industry.
Good first step. Now let's give the rulemaking authority back to the legislature.
Coop I am kinda shocked to see this content. I am a hot redder but also work in the sewer/water industry . The EPA has made significant changes which have improved our country's drinking water and air pollution. I hope this ruling doesn't cause pollution to increase again.
Great news
That's great news
Love this content 😊
3 people on the Supreme Court, thought that these agencies should be able to rule without a fair judge?
COOPER, go check out today's SCOTUS ruling "Loper Bright v. Raimondo" and the holding re: Chevron Doctrine
Oh I've been waiting on that one!
They messed up by going after PFI!!!
As a extension of this, Y’all oughta look into, “Jury Nullification”. Too many are unaware…
Wonder if this will strip HOAs of some of their power.
So does this mean we can take parts off our cars/trucks without being bent over a barrel?
