My dad bought the exact same mini last year. It is one of the most handy tools we have added to the collection. It has plenty of power for its size. One small problem we had was not enough air flow through the engine bay. It got hot enough to start boiling the gas in the tank. It can be fixed with an auxiliary 12v radiator fan! Have not had a problem since

This young man is absolutely correct, I have purchased two of these units. One for my personal use and one for my site contracting Co. The over heating is the only issue so far that I have come across. And just as you stated, the engine compartment is just very compact not allowing adequate air flow. Once you take care of that small problem the machine runs great.

22:00 Hey guys , I spent 11 years in the Air Force as an Air Transporter. We loaded and unloaded aircraft with passengers and cargo. There are two variations of that vehicle you just rolled up in. There is a 25 K-Loader, or 25K for short. It’s used to transport up to three pallets that cool have any kind and f cargo on them. When I was in Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) we would use it quite a bit to load the loose bags of Airmen if they were deploying on a civilian contract aircraft. Then there is the 50 K-Loader, or 50K for short, that carries up to five pallets. I’ve been out since 2005, but I can try to answer any questions you may have about them.

    Hey Bud.
    Another good video.
    Those auctions are very cool.
In the late 1980's, I knew a guy that needed a couple of 40' containers, and he bought two of them thru General Surplus ( or was it General Dynamics ....l forget the name for sure ) .
It was a big Government surplus auction on the East coast of FL, not far from the factory that built Sea Rays.
Here is the cool part. My friend just wanted the containers. The description said the containers were full of surplus aviation parts.
Turns out the containers contained all the parts to assemble two Cobra attack helicopters.
The only stuff missing was the electronics necessary to operated the fire control systems.
He had them assembled, and he rents them out for movie productions last I heard.
    Take care

@HeavyDSparks , I know you love to help people out. Here in Wyoming there was two huge fires, 150,000 to 200,00 acres each (Remington and House Draw fire) most the wildlife and livestock has been burnt up along with the prairie grass and any feed for these animals. They are looking for truck drivers to deliver hay. Hope you can help these ranchers whose lives have been destroyed.

Sorry about your loss on the mini excavator. I bought one of those units for $3700 last fall, the prices are dropping. It works great and I use it on our farm all the time. Added the hydraulic thumb and a couple electric fans and good to go. Have to be careful cause it will pull itself over but so much better than the shovel! They sell locally from a dealer for $6400. I too buy and sell on all the sites you showed.

You have amazing opportunities to make choices at this time. I like to follow your antics and adventures of all kinds, but the ones I like the most are the ones that involve the helping of SOMEONE that is in a pickle or problem. That would include vehicle related difficulties or helping Brent of the Cerro Gordo mine. Those are the most gratifying to see given attention or solved. I feel that you have been Brents guardian angel! That whole problem of Cement/Concrete delivery up to the top of the mountain was the best.
If I were to make a suggestion for you to keep in the corner of your mind would be the words "excavator and bulldozer". The problem he has too often is with the rainstorms that wipe out his road. He has to use a simple backhoe that is too underpowered for the problem. After a rainstorm he tends to put back fairly small rock/gravel, and this is inadequate. The rain simply washes out that material too.
He needs an excavator and a bulldozer (and perhaps a dump truck) that are large enough to handle and move larger rocks/material that will be impervious to the rain. I'm thinking of 4-6inch rocks initially bordering on larger rocks so they can't be wiped out too.
You have so many opportunities that come to you for free heavy equipment stuck or otherwise abandoned which would seemingly not require much or minimal expense to make runnable and make it available to Brent and the Cerro Gordo town. Besides the repair of the road, he needs that kind of equipment to maintain parts of the overall town landscape making it more accessible and livable.

Man I wish I knew what it felt like to be addicted to making lots of money. Unfortunately I was more of a fentanyl and amphetamine kind of guy myself... It's safe to say It doesn't have quite the positive effect on ones life like a money addiction would. Thankfully I have managed to trade my hard drug addictions for a RUclips addiction though. It still doesn't exactly improve my quality of life but it certainly doesn't have me on my hands and knees looking through the carpet fibers with a magnifying glass and a flashlight to find the microscopic pieces of dope I may or may not have dropped last week though so It's a step in the right direction at least... Maybe one day I can trade up to a money addiction but I don't know that I'm quite ready for that yet... For now I live vicariously through Dave

I'm retired Air Force and that cargo loader brings back memories. That looks exactly like the ones we used for loading KC-135's. They are designed for loading pallets or cargo bins through the side cargo door on the aircraft or through the cargo ramp on C-130's, C-17's and other cargo aircraft with the cargo rollers in the deck. Check around for anyone flying cargo aircraft and they should be able to use it. That crane, I'm thinking the big red "X" on the engine is a very bad sign.

Last year when we had our pool built they used a mini excavator to dig the hole. Nice thing was, they didn't have to demolish our block wall to get to the back yard. That thing fit through our gate. Between that and the bobcat they had our 30x12 pool dug in like 3 or 4 days. And that was with them having to get through some caliche. Handy little thing, and it saved us having to replace a wall.
