buy a gold mine.....short answer no! the equipment says they werent pulling enough ore out to be worth keeping the mine going.... yes there is or was enough gold there to warrant the equipment and humanities greed says if it could pay they would be working it. if you have the money for a shitload of geo servey it may make a reasonable return on investment but reality is unless you can sell your spoils itll be a money pit. now if it were full of lithium or rare earth minerals its worth it

It just cost me $11.85 to cut my grass its a quarter acre with a push mower which they want to ban in California by the way anything gas-powered where do they think plastic and batteries come from it takes petrol to make the Plastics the batteries the lithium has to be stripped from the earth which is a rare Earth mineral therefore burning more fuel to extract these things any solving any f****** problems it's making more people really want the Earth to get better stop having everything delivered and get back to going to an actual place and getting service from people instead of a Blank Stare from a dumbass with some earbuds in a phone in his hand 😂🇺🇸

Getting Fred Dodge involved is solid advice, not only could he give you good info on equipment condition but also how to make it more efficient. He could also give insight into where on the property to mine or where gold should be. Even if you don't go the gold mining route I'll still keep watching your recoveries. One thing tho next time you get under 5+ ton loader arms make sure you have some sort of safety stop. In the vid may have had one on the other side, especially when working with older equipment. Even if it was that awesome telehandler under its bucket just in case. Couldn't believe how beast it was with that smaller crawler. Didn't seem to be too much for it at all. Personally as a stacker, I would love to add some Diesel Dave gold to my stack. If that was to happen, I would advise making some smaller 1/10 oz coins which would be more accessible to the masses.

I really loved this video, I know it sounds weird, but I didn’t want it to end. The mere fact that y’all were going to a gold mine got my attention right away, as well as getting the equipment and loading it. As for the mine, I would say go for it ! You only live once, I would say pack in as much living in this lifetime as you can. Thank you, guys ! Please be safe in all you do.

Dave, you are such an amazing dude. You never stop. I watched you on Diesel Bros years ago and thought that was pretty cool. The things you take on is just so wide spread. Now you want to mine? I just can't believe all the toys you have. When I saw you flying the one helicopter (blue one) I was like what? Then I saw the Blackhawk! Holy crap...you are just so impressive. I am slightly like you in the I want to try lots of stuff. I have an engineering degree, a NASCAR license, work at GM, do mega home improvement, Menatds used my kitchen remodel I did in an ad, do amateur videos, lastly started doing some droning. Which got me into getting my remote pilot FAA license. From there I really wanted to get into a real pilots license. Found Rebuild Rescue and their Cessna 401 rebuild. Got the itch to buy an old plane. But I see that could really be a real money pit and dangerous. Now I'm watching you and your blackhawk...that is just so bad ass. It is not easy learning this stuff and all the regulations. The time it takes....the knowledge retention....just absolutely impressive. Especially with how young you are still...it takes people decades and decades to accomplish like one small aspect of your life.
    Keep living it man!

Old guy here and I was taught and used ATF down lines to help loosen crap in the lines, in the fuel filter when replacing, and in the tank for cold weather (a quart per 100 gallons).

In my country we have extremely tough environmental issues and one of our biggest gold mines had to transport all their ore by train across the country too a specific designed factory to process all the fines, the railways has especially designed containers for the whole train travel. So basically you wouldn't need to worry about the land owner.

Dave I would love to see you run a gold mine and show us how it's done it would be another interesting avenue to go down on your channel so yes please buy or lease the mine ps I am sure the old re dozer would be a collector wonder so don't scrap her there are loads of people who collect old dozers and plant machines it's a big concern so if you get her running and working it would be worth a lot more and some fresh paint on her.
