Love the videos Mark. Any chance you could do a video on breeding Ottos? They are a must have fish for most aquascapers, however, I understand from my LFS that they wild caught and that 50% of those that do arrive are DOA or in a poor state.

I know you are busy now would you recommend I get an LED light for my tank Mark or stick with my strip light my plants seem to all be doing well and growing I do not use co2 or fertiliser your feed back again would be great thanks. Great videos .don't know if anyone else does this but when my micro worm cultures start to go off i make some new ones .I pour the old culture in to my outside daphnia buckets which helps to feed the daphnia . Don't know if this is useful info to anybody
WHEN ROTATING THE MOP THROUGH LIKE THIS INTO AN EGG/HATCHING TANK... HOW LONG CAN THE FRY BE IN THERE BEFORE THEY WILL BE BIG ENOUGH TO START EATING THE NEW EGGS?... HAVE HAD ONE LITTLE BATCH OF 5. HOPING TO GET SOME BIGGER NUMBERS GOING TO MAKE THE EXTRA TIME A BIT MORE WORTHWHILE.
i finally got a male blue lobster but he is the size of my pinky and she is the size of my forearm he is smaller than her claw lol. he is going to have to bulk up and hopefully by summer 2020 he will be suitable!

Hi Mark, when I make up a water worm culture I cut a 25mm ish hole in the lid and plug it with filter wool, that way plenty of air can get in and out.
