Tim's metamorphosis over just the last 10 years going from every rebel girls' hot punk dream to punk rocks homeless grampa really needs to be to studied in colleges & universities across the world 😂

Punk, reggae, and ska are united in the evolution of DIY music coming out of working class British society. That link has persisted from the start with bands like the clash and damned being shouted out by Bob Marley since punky reggae party.
I remember listening to Operation Ivy on a boom box while shooting hoops at the park and buying the first Rancid album ( yes, I'm old). They still sound great.
Time bomb could possibly be a top 10 song of the 90s. A time before everyone wasn't so sensitive, we were not so divided in the 90s. Rancid could literally cure EVERYTHING, that make you want to Dance and hug your neighbor.
@@alexstadius8942 I mean, right? There’s something about certain albums from those days that just stay timeless and feel exactly the same to listen to since day 1. Even bands I don’t normally listen to put out some music that were so damn good I still listen to it and get amped
Just found this and soooo happy i did! Camp Anarchy was seriously one of the best weekends of my life!!! Great times! Love me some Rancid! Lets do another Camp people!!!
@UnrealBenji Nah, not being hateful, I love em too, but if we're gonna be truly honest then it's only right to call out a dogshit performance when we hear one. Can't hit homeruns 100% of the time up to bat, ya know? 🤷🏽♂️
There's a pretty good chance I was at that show too. First time I saw them was at the Nation in DC, but don't remember the year. Did they play with AFI and the Distillers that day?
Im 44 now and still listen to all of the favorites. The punk shows from my days skating across L.A. and going to as many punk shows as possible. The 90s were an amazing time for music it was magical for sure.
Wow, amazing,I have not seen you after your release video of this song until now,I loved this song when I first heard it back when I was young and I still love it today as a nearly 50 year old, where the hell have I been as i covered this song at many parties with just myself and my guitar, love this song by Rancid,I owned the album ,when the wolves come out i think the name was,I'm oldish and forgot the name sorry Rancid, love you always❤❤❤
He always stops & leaves one word out of lyrics so he can do little twirl. The twirl more important than words. And he holds the guitar but won't play it 😂😢
You know alot of people would talk shit about liking Racid. I found that wrong. My opinion they're a great Punk Rock Reggae band. To this day I still like Rancid. And I'm an old man. I still love my Punk Rock . For Ever Skinhead. Spirit of 69! Oi! To all you Traditional Skins and Punks out there! 🇺🇲🍻🇲🇽🎸🪘🥁🍺
Who talks shit about Rancid? Damn! They're one of the greatest punk bands ever, basically the Clash of their era. Really odd, I've heard people talk wild about bands like Green Day (unfairly imo) but never Rancid.
@rasicomega ... I hear you. Back in the 90's, I would talk cool about rancid and people/friends around would talk shit. Those are the people I'm talking about.
Not sure if this is accurate or not, bit I am pretty sure I was one of the first radio DJs to interview Lars. He was in Sacramento getting ink done and he called the radio station. It was the first time he had heard their song on the air and he called in to say thanks! Cool dude, good to hear they're still cranking it out!!
@Billy Myers Don't get me wrong, Rancid's been one of my all-tine favorite bands since I first saw the video for 'Salvation' on MTV back in '94 (I think?). But even as a diehard fan I gotta admit that, from at least this short clip, that sounded kinda bad imo. That's the only reason I said I was sorry, cuz I know if I drove 11 hours to see a concert, if that concert was anything but stellar I'd be pretty upset, ya know?
@@mikeygraves16 I hear ya....its always good to see them live...it dang sure sounded great in the moment... their live is always lil different...but in the moment in the crowd....cant ask for much more
@Billy Myers Man I really need to get that positive outlook back like I once had. Got older and got more jaded, ya know? I miss the days of driving hours to go see a concert. Glad you loved it my dude!
Was there every day of the fest, when Rancid was playin my buddy sat down on the ground next to me after being in the pit for the entire day. I asked him if he was good and he just nods and goes “no.” and just kept jammin out to Rancid

Was bumping Out Come the Wolves album at work few days ago. Young cats had zero clue who they were. All loved it....
I think their success trips them out even still. Especially Tim.
No bad song on that album
Top 10 album for me.
Not even their best album...
