    The shirt tim is wearing is a friend of mine band Stopper from Atlanta. The were around from the early to mid nineties. They opened for rancid around 94. The shirt is a picture of Dave schumate puking. The picture was taken at the perfect time when the puke hit the ground and was bouncing back up off the pavement. Great times. I wish I could go back to that time period! Love ya Dave and Ian!

    Da fan sfegatato credo che, anche se breve, sia uno dei live più belli dei Rancid. I volumi di voci e strumenti sono perfetti, l'audio ottimo. Il 98 fu il loro anno d'oro: avevano pubblicato quello che, secondo me - ma siamo una minoranza a pensarla così - è il loro disco più bello e coraggioso LIFE WON'T WAIT, quando tutti si aspettavano una specie di "And out come the wolves parte II" ed in tour le tastiere/organo rendevano alla grande. In questo concerto loro danno il 100%, Lars il 200%, Tim è preso benissimo quando spesso appare meno in forma o carbura più lentamente. Salgono sul palco di pomeriggio, sotto il solo, col pubblico inizialmente poco partecipe e SPACCANO TUTTO. Grandissimi!

    • @synthelabo
      @synthelabo 9 лет назад +4

      ruf1980 Life won't wait è il loro migliore album, i rancid sono sempre stati antifasciti e antirazzisti, i loro testi parlano di questo; questo è un bel live, ce ne sono altri anche moderni che non sono male; bisogna fare chiarezza sul fatto degli 'skinheads united' che dicon ogni tanto: non fanno riferimento a gente razzista, hanno collaborato sempre con gente di colore e musicisti raggae e Tim è riconosciuto come un uomo che ha contribuito all'antirazzismo a san francisco e california dal primo momento.

    I loved Rancid growing up. Somehow, after I've lived more of my life and been through certain challenges, listening to Rancid now feels really empty and hollow.

      @@fawltyborstals I wish I knew how to describe it. Also, the only reason I left that comment was because I was going through some anxiety therapy, and part of the treatment was for me to face one of my personal threats by leaving comments on RUclips that aren't necessarily positive. So I really hope anybody who reads that comment can take it with a grain of salt.

    Matt Freeman! That’s what a fuckin bass player is! So underrated. Some of the most creative bass lines for any genre.
