Thanks for the ideas! I have a K-Supreme Plus that is just past warranty, of course. I have a partial brew problem. I have descaled twice, and run several clear reservoirs through the machine. Cleaned all needles, including the exit needle. If I run just clear water - I get 2 ozs less than I should and if I use a pod I only GET 2 ounces - approx. Called Keurig and their only solution was to give me 25% off a new unit. Trying a soft reboot now. Any other ideas?

A few more ideas: check for reservoir leaks, look for pump blockages, try a hard reset (unplug for 30 minutes), and use filtered water. If these don't work, consider third-party repairs or check your credit card's warranty protection. Hope you find a fix - let us know if you do!

I have the k79 Platinum Plus sounds like it's going to pump but doesn't the only way it will come out as if you hold your hand over the white valve keep saying descale but we can't get it to pump anything to descale I love this coffee maker and I don't want to get rid of it

Try this: unplug 30 mins, clean needle, check for clogs, tap bottom. "Burp" machine by opening/closing lid if valve trick works. Might need repair if these fail. Good luck saving your K79!
