Thanks for rev. But machine is total junk, not saving space at all, coffe is not so hot, and compared to DolceGusto this Vertuo is a joke. You did not mentioned capsule Rotating system, another gimmick that can fail. But on my new machine the heater is the problem (temperature is not enough). I will return it.

Holli, I bought my wife a Keurig Mini for X-Mas. It worked great for 3 days, than stopped. I called Keurig support and they were worthless. Found your video and tried it and it worked!! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!!!!

Good video...thank you! My unit is at least 15 years old (I didn't look up the model number). I descaled it about a week ago. Yesterday, it started producing only about 2 inches of water in a cup. I fiddled with all of the cup size settings to no avail. I used a stiff wire to poke around in the needle, but did not notice anything coming out. Then, I took out the water filter....no benefit. Next, I pushed several times on the valve in the bottom of the tank (probably should have started there) and it is filling cups better.....not quite to the level I used to get on the 2nd highest setting, but much better. The highest cup size setting seems to be fine if I want a weaker cup of coffee. I think the unit is just "tired" after years of service! I ordered a Keurig K-Supreme based on good ratings and it's smaller size.....assuming the old one works ok for another week, I will give it away rather than throwing it away.

2:55 quick question so the orange light will blink until rinse cycle is complete but mine is still blinking and the water tank emptied after the rinse I added a little more water to see if maybe it needs more water? But the light is still blinking, and holding the lever and button down at the same time does not change the light to green. 😩

None of these worked for mine. I had mine unplugged for 20 minutes and it still says descale.

Descale light won't come off even after pushing and hold 8 and 10oz buttons for 5 seconds. Water won't even pump and there is nothing that is in the reservoir that is blocking the water.

Good video. Would been much better if the video would have showed, prying the tabs and removing the cover and replace it. Because I can't take the panel off of mine, using your video

Thank you so much for this video. I thought that my machine wasn’t working until I watched your video. ChatGPT said all you had to do is turn on the power button and it will start brewing. The light was flashing and then eventually it would just go off so I thought my machine was broken. I gave it one last chanceby going to RUclips to see if I could get some help. It was your video to let me know that the big K on top was the button to start brewing lol now it’s working just fine. Thank you so much!
