Descale light won't come off even after pushing and hold 8 and 10oz buttons for 5 seconds. Water won't even pump and there is nothing that is in the reservoir that is blocking the water.
If the descale light stays on and the water isn’t pumping, try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, check for any air bubbles in the line-gently tap the machine to release them. You might also try cleaning the needle and running a rinse cycle.
