  • In today's episode we teamed up with Rebecca, of Sinfully Scented on RUclips, to bring you a nail art inspired soap in both cold process and melt and pour versions. I personally am not a fan of fingernail polish, but I have to admit, these colors look awesome together and most soap makers are crazy about color. So please watch while we show you how we did it and feel free to ask questions in comments.
I used a 48 oz. loaf mold for the melt and pour version in this video. I used 14.33 ounces for the gold and pink and 20 ounces for the white. I recommend using a white base for this project (thanks Rebecca for the suggestion) so your colors will look more like the cold process bar.
We used Amaranth mica, from Nurture's Soap Supply, for the pink, and shimmer gold for the gold (also from Nurture's). I scented my melt and pour soap with their cucumber melon fragrance oil. Wait for all sides to completely cool before adding the next.
    Enjoy the video.
