Whipped Coffee (Dalgona) Tutorial-What to do with leftover and How to store

CAPPUCCINO FOR DAYS!!! ☕☕☕
I find myself lazy for doing this #Dalgona coffee even if its in. I won't make it for just a glass of coffee, sayang or tamad lang. 😅
So, I made quite a couple of spoonfuls of this whipped coffee to keep in the fridge for days. Tuwing umaga, meron akong magagamit to make my husband enjoy his cup of cappuccino before leaving for work.
It's easy, but it takes patience. I think you won't fail in making this especially if you watch my video. You'll see how I kept adding water to dissolve sugar and coffee granules and to achieve the right consistency. Hindi basta whip lang agad-agad. (First-timer excuse) 🤣
Bonus: Anong ginawa ko sa tirang whipped coffee na nakadikit sa bowl at spoon? Watch until the end. 😆
Ingredients:
5T coffee (I used Nescafe Blend 43)
5T white sugar
4T ice-cold water
*Dalgona is a candy raw in South Korea kaya "whipped coffee" ang ginamit kong title.

When I stored it in the fridge in an air tight glass container, the next day I could see some watery coffee coloured at the bottom of the container in which it was stored. Why ?

Rupali K I think some of the air you whipped into the coffee just rose to the top and the liquid went to the bottom but I think u can just mix it a bit and it should be fine

Yeh same happened with me. But no worries that doesn't impact your taste just mix it while using the remaining one

It's normal and perfectly fine. I mix it with spoon to blend everything again. 😊

Yes. As long as ut lasts

Yes. I kept it in the fridge so it's easy to make coffee every morning. This portion lasted me 5 days.
