- Today let's learn to make some super tasty and simple Homemade Cappuccino Mix. This ready to make cappuccino mix is perfect for coffee lovers who can easily make their favorite cappuccino at home.
►Ingredients
Warm Water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Instant Coffee Powder - 1/2 cup
►Method
1. Mix everything together and blend till you get stiff peaks
2. Store in an airtight container. Refrigerate and store up to 4 weeks.

if you let the sugar coffee mix without water for a few hours it will naturally turn into a molases syrup, that is because coffee has oils in it and the sugar sucks them and turns into sticky paste
same goes for sugar and citrus fruit peels

The leaking happens when you store it, not to worry. Once you use all the whipped coffee you can use rest of the liquid as decoction and make coffee.

My mix was made perfectly buy after refrigerating of 2 days liquid coffee was separated from it at the bottom why ?
Its just natural. Just take the mix from top and use initially. Towards the end you can mix all together and use it.

But after few days the premix coffee became to in liquid state !!!! Why ????
You added more water, but you can again blend it and make it creamy
this is dalgona
Dalgona is like reversed cappuccino, because we use milk as the base then add whipped coffee on the top.
