Happy Crocheting Everyone!! Развлечения
Dear Creative Grandma……I am absolutely amazed at your tutorial. I have been on you tube forever and I have NEVER, EVER found an instructor as perfect as YOU. You describe everything necessary to learn your patterns. I praise your ATTENTION TO DETAIL. There is no question you enjoy being creative, but the difference in your work and that others is your ability to pass your gift on to others. Thank you so much and I will definitely look forward to future crochet patterns.
Your explanation of finding the correct stitches at the ends of each row is hands down the BEST instruction I’ve ever seen on RUclips!!!! Thank you!
I love the way you teach...your slow and very patient ..thank you so much!!!!!
I made a baby blanket with this but I loved the texture so much that Ive decided to make myself a full blanket, very easy and turns out so pretty
I really like the look of the stitch. I'm going to start making baby blankets to donate to the domestic violence shelter here. Thank you Glenda.
Karen that’s a lovely idea, good for you. 👍
Great Idea I'm thinking of making these baby blankets for our Hospital for the lovely Baby's that are born day and night God Bless these little Angels❤

Great idea!!! You have inspired me.
@@buddyismyheart That's wonderful.
Always looking for baby blankets tutorials with no holes very nice.
I love all of your tutorials. Especially being 70 yrs old you explain it clearly and I like the fact that there is no music in the background so I can hear you explaining and showing where my next st is at. You rock ❤🤙🏽💯🔥⭐️👸🌺
This is the best tutorial I have ever seen on crochet! Excellent teacher!
I agree
Thank you for finally making border instructions I can understand! Most tutorials just gloss over the details but you spent just as much time on the border as the blanket. Very glad I found your site.
Or they omit the instructions for their gorgeous border altogether.
Thank you for the calm and clear instructions. Great voice and clear video.
Makes me think a knitter like me could make this Blanket too!
This was absolutely beautiful when I finished it. Not only was it easy, but it was not a yarn hog.
I did this blanket in white in a few days for a baby shower.Delighted with it and Glenda's instructions are so clear and concise. Many thanks
It's the best and easy baby blanquet I ever see and the patern is beautiful, I'm starting one already . Thank You very much.❤
Glenda,I just wanted to add you are an amazing instructor. It's so easy to follow and everything turns out beautiful! Thanks so mucn!😊
Stitch markers are a lifesaver! I learned this from you. Thanks ❤️❤️❤️
I've just watched your tutorial for this blanket and I must say that it's one of the best explained tutorials I have seen. I understood everything that you were saying. I am definitely going to be doing this blanket. Thank you.
I watched your video all the way yo the end, and I just want to say I really love how you explained and showed everything! Now I can't wait to make this!!!
I love this pattern. I've made 2 so far using Lion brand "ice cream " variegated baby yarns. They have turned out so beautiful. Thanks for giving us a good, easy to follow video. 😊
Love the blanket. Its simplicity makes it beautiful. 👌
Best teacher EVER! BEAUTIFUL! Thank you!
❤ thank you
You are such a good teacher. You are so clear in your directions. Thank you
I love this stitch. Thank you for giving easy to follow instructions!
Love this pattern and no joining just I full yarn what a brilliant idea 😊 thank you Brenda ❤
I often have trouble keeping my edges straight with crochet patterns and was a bit nervous about trying this one because of the comments by several people. But, by following your instructions carefully I had no trouble at all and have beautifully straight edges. I am really enjoying this pattern and it is working up quickly
I crocheted a blanket (not this pattern. It's slightly lopsided.
I used this stitch for a baby blanket. Was looking for an edge to complete my blanket. PERFECT!!!!! This is beautiful!!!
I love being able to make a baby blanket with just this one skein. Thank you.
Just made this, great stitch, close crochet to keep babies warm, fast & so easy. I adjusted it larger to 100 stitches across and made 103 rows. Love it.
What is blanket size please & how much yarn did it take? The skeins I have are 152 yards each. It is 3 oz “I love this cotton “ yarn. I have 5 skeins of variegated & 7 skeins of matching solid. I didn’t think either color was enough on its own.
I have crocheted several baby afghans this last 13 months. I love how this stitch looks and maybe a little easier than some I just did. The next great-grandbaby is due in about 2 months, so I'm starting this one right away. Lol. I am really excited to use this pattern. Thank you for being very clear and videotaping every step so well!! ❤❤❤😅
I make all my baby blankets that size so it can be a toddler drag around blanket as the baby ages and it's safer...they don't fall over it. 😊❤
I live watching you posts and I can’t wait to make this blanket for one of my two new great grands on the way& and one for my new grandson. Thank you have a beautiful day.
I can’t thank you enough for this tutorial. I just finished my blanket this morning. I taught myself how to crochet when I found out I would be a first time grandparent. This was my first project. I used a blue ombré yarn and the color flecks were very forgiving. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I wish I could share a photo.
Congratulations
Beautiful work! I like the way you explained it, thank you for sharing it ❤
Hi, what a great pattern and a wonderful video. And so easy to follow. I just finished my baby blanket tonight. It’s so beautiful!!!
I made this blanket for my grandson , it's a very pretty and fun pattern 😊❤
I needed a quick blanket and LOVE this look! And I love that you have the camera close to the action! Thanks!
Happy Mothers Zday Glenda! Very nice baby blanket.
I honestly wish all the crochet tutorials were are clear and concise as this one! No music in the background either! Yea! Beautiful photography that is clear and bright too. This is a wonderful, easy to follow tutorial. Perfect! I also went to her Etsy store and bought the pattern that was on sale! I can't wait to start this blanket. Thank you so much!
I don't like music either,lol
Love blanket! I make blankets and donate them to the hospital for the baby’s that DSH take care of because the mom’s are drug users 😮! I buy the yarn myself I think God will be proud to know there are people like me!😊🌻 0:06
I started this months ago and finally finished today. My first blanket that I've finally finished. I've started a few but I actually finished this one 😊 giving it to my cousin for her new baby
Was able to do the baby blanket. Excited and proud on how it turned out. My first project. Thank you for easy to follow instructions.

Agree
I have used several of your patterns for various projects and love them all. So, when I was looking for a fast but beautiful pattern for a baby blanket, I came to your channel and am so happy I did. This pattern works up beautifully and fast. I'll have this blanket done in the next few days for a friend having a baby. Thank you so much! You make your videos so easy to follow.
Outstanding instructional tutorial! Other crocheters on RUclips are not as clear as you are on where to place your stitches making it frustrating for a newbie like me to finish anything with confidence. Thank you for showing the kind of yarn you used and the stitch amounts. 😊
Besides you there’s a couple more that I love the way you explain and showing it slowly. I thank you so very much
I finished mine today. Love it. I just became a great-grandmother about 2 weeks ago and I saw this tutorial and decided to make it thank you so much
Thank you so much. I appreciate your thoughtful presentation. Clear, precise and informative. You always have the knack of including tips a newbie like me would not know.
Thank you Glenda for sharing, I love this pattern so simple yet so beautiful, a must have, take care and stay well.
I love the way you slowly explain and instruct. I have fibromyalgia and needed something simple for dexterity in my hands and fingers due to muscle and joint pain. Thank you🥰❤️🙏🏾
❤❤❤ can’t wait to start this stitch blanket. You’re a great teacher thank you
Thank you for sharing this blanket pattern!
My daughter and I have made four of these this week and love the easy, beautiful look. Thank you!
The dimensions you gave are exactly my size and if I make 2 of them and then create some sleeves I will have my next Winter sweater
For those wanting to know... This is the Suzette Stitch
My other favorite stitch is the Elizabeth stitch
You’re a great teacher! I’ve never tried crocheting before but after watching your video for the last 2 weeks, I’ve completed my first project…and it looks pretty good, if I don’t say so myself 😊 Thank you!!
So clearly explained. Was a pleasure watching. Love the pattern and stitch.
You are such a thoughtful and thorough teacher thank you!!
Oh my gosh I have been looking for an easy and different stitch for my great grandchild who's a month old today. This is super easy and really nice. Love the stitch ty so much
I love the way you crochet so smooth and even❤
You are such a good teacher!
Glenda, you are so amazing!! I love watching your patterns. I am always blown away by how brilliant you are in showing us your patterns. You seem to be able to make ANYTHING and trust me, i admire that. I have crochet longer than i could write & spell my name. I am 66. I didn't learn how to read patterns. Truthfully, i can't read ALL patterns. The way i used to borrow a already made pattern and copied it. Limited much of my ability to make much. I also felt so stupid because i couldn't read patterns. It's ONE of the reasons i enjoy watching ppl make a pattern. So THANK YOU so much.
I really love this Glenda especially the border. It really makes the blanket stand out. Tyfs God bless you
Love this blanket!!! I’ve made this 5 times. Thank you for such a beautiful blanket stitch ❤❤❤
I love that you speak as you go. The ones that just okay music loose me.
Very precise instructions!
I love your videos. You speak so clearly and it makes it so easy for us to understand. Tysm ❤️
Thank you Glenda for all you do for us 💕🙏🏼🌷
Finally a tutorial I think I can actually follow!!! Just bought some hooks off Amazon bc of you!! 😊
1st time watching you. You are a very good instructor very easy to follow. This is a very pretty stitch.
I really enjoyed making this blanket, took me less that a week, fast and easy, thank you Glenda for this video.
Beautiful blanket! Going to try to make my first baby blanket using this video and pattern. I'm a self taught crocher.
My baby boy is due August 21st. Hoping I can get it finished before then as Im slow at crocheting. 😊😅
Just finished this pattern for a close friend of mine! So excited to gift it to her!!! I absolutely love this pattern and how mindless it can become. I also love the finished look!! Thank you!!
So thankful for this video!! The first video ever i fully understand. Big thank you from Sweden!❤🇸🇪
I didn’t think mine would come out so nice but it did. You gave great instructions at a pace I could keep up with. Even the edging came out nice. You are a great instructor. I made this for my friend’s baby and I finished before the baby was born. Thank you so much. 😊
Happy mothers day 🎉
I’ve been working (with little enthusiasm) on a moss stitch baby blanket with a 3.5 hook. With this adorable pattern, I’m ready to frog! Thank you!

I don’t know how I found you but, boy am I glad!! You explain things perfectly and you working slowly and close really helps! Now I am going back to check out your other videos. ❤
You are brilliant! What a great teacher you are! I now know how to finish the sides of a blanket. I am so happy to have watched this video! Beautiful work!
Love the way you teach. It’s so clear and well pronounced. The video focus is also well focused and even the stitch placement is so clear. Thank you so much. 😘♥️
Glenda I'm Barb wengert and just love your channel and you do a great job.
I love this blanket and it's a very easy pattern. Only 1 change I would make: on the very end of the border, I would slip stitch into the stitch before the beginning HDC to complete the shell stitch look, rather than having the final shell on the final corner join with the top of the beginning shell. To avoid it looking straight or blocky, rather than curvey like the rest of the border. Just my thoughts.
Thanks for the tip. I agree.
You are a natural tutor,thankyou.
Bless you 🙏 ♥
Pretty blanket. Live the color❤
This is my first time watching onenof your tutorials, and I love your style.❤ Not everyone is a pro, so you not rushing and assuming we know all of the terminology is appreciated. Thank you.
Just finished making this beautiful baby blanket for my soon to arrive granddaughter. Did it it a pale pink white a white edge and it turned out great. It's been quite awhile since since I crocheted and your instructions and video were so helpful. Thank you!
Ooo, love this! So simple, and the border is just perfect. Here’s my next project!
Thanks VERY much for including the border details - it’s so helpful when a tutorial gives border info, too. ❤
This stitch would make a great top/ sweater! Thanks so much. Love it!
I really enjoy the way you take your time to show and explain the making of your projects, I will be making two of these, one in blue and one in pink. Thank you so much for your dedication to your work.
I love this stitch and I’m all in for one-skein projects. So, I just used your link and ordered two skeins. Can’t wait to get started.
Very easy to follow tutorial! Thank you for introducing the beautiful and easy stitch.
