One of my regrets was starting my yoga practice when I was 33. I always ask myself why didn't I start my practice earlier. Then I realize, there isn't a right or wrong time to start.

+Angeline Ng You are young. I am glad you have found yoga and i hope you practise it consistently every single day of your life... Donot compare yourself to some other external coordinates, you,i and everyone are a masterpiece of his creation. Always, the compareision has to be in relation to yourself.....Always....I wish the shimmering light within you guides you to higher consciousness, Angie. :) Namaste from india.

so beautiful I even cry of how emotional I got, it's so true one abuses our physical bodies so much and like me I'm crying for help and do this.
I feel so much in peace when I stretch and 'try' to do yoga, going vegan was a huge change for me 3 years ago and now I really want to learn this practice.
