      Google says:
Shoyu and tamari are naturally brewed and fermented and can go bad faster than regular soy sauce. If unopened and stored in a cool and dry place, they can last up to two years. Once opened, their peak flavor can last for only around three months, but they are still safe to use for a lot longer.

It’s addicting and so delicious; we eat it over a veggie sushi bowl with teriyaki amino cooked mushrooms, warm soycatash (Trader Joe’s frozen), warm sushi rice, lettuce, cilantro, cucumber, bell peppers, shredded carrots and purple cabbage and a dash of everything bagel seasoning. The hot/cold and all the elements of the sauce make it so satisfying-Yum!
