Borlotti beans are lovely. They are such a warm weather crop. I sow mid May & hope to plant out end of May if weather is good 🤞. They defo don’t like cold but I always grow them cos they’re beautiful plants & tasty crop

Tony, your OCD behaviour was upfront today, lol. Sturdy structure, though. Went up far easier than your carrot video 😁 We've all been there! 😆❤

Awesome! ... Now I want to build one. Mine will be made of small trees however. They are free in Northern Ontario. Must say, bamboo costs us a kidney here in Canada!!
    Much love 💕💕

Once beans have twisted around the poles you will not be able to see the difference in colour of one of the poles. Hope it’s 3 weeks as I planted my beans in root trainers earlier this week, my structure which I put up weeks ago but in a line rather than circle is certainly not as solid as yours, the main poles are similar to yours, but height adjustable.

As a librarian associated with repairing books Sellotape is Evil! It goes yellow in the sun, not properly waterproof, it's just yucky on books and garden labels - you can buy waterproof gorilla tape or bar-code covers which are better.

Birds have stripped my chard this year. Just left stalks. Very hungry gap for them Chards never normally touched here in Northumberland. First time ever I’ve put chard under netting 🫣😢
