    Your videos are excellent. You not only explain how to do the stretching but are also explaining why the method stretches the muscles. You have clarity on understanding of the subject. Thank you for putting so much of your time and effort to make the video.

    3 years ago, someone pressed near (foot crushing ) little toe of my foot in zigzag way, with his shoe' s tip for 40 minutes, due to which the mass (muscle and nerve) of the foot was crushed and a pit has formed, it hurts a lot, and also feel the pain in the head.
    even after many treatments, it is not getting better, please tell its treatment.

    You said we are supposed to do all opposite actions of muscle for stretching so while stretching GL Maximus, you should be doing internal Rotatn and not external. You have mentioned in that way though 🤔

    • @harshadajoshi892

      Yes I also have same doubt

    • @jhorapalok2223
      @jhorapalok2223 Год назад +7

      Lower limb external and internal rotation is just opposite to the upper limb... Don't confuse it.
      She is doing right.

    • @business_minded_stan
      @business_minded_stan Год назад

      If the function is of external rotation at hip...then to do the opposite ie. To do internal rotation of hip ...we have to do external rotation of kneee...
      Basically hip rotation and knee rotation are opposites...
      If knee is internally rotating then hip is externally rotating

      she’s doing it the right way. if thigh is internally rotated with a flexed knee, it is external rotation. but if it is rotated internally with an extended knee, it is internal rotation. hope that solves your query
