  • PNF is technique used to improve neuro muscular coordination and endurance. it can be used in different population according to needs. this video explains basics of Proprioceptive Neuro muscular facilitation along with Basics of D1 and D2 patterns for upper limb and lower limbs.     Hello friends, thankyou for watching my video, I am Physiotherapist with masters degree and working as Associate Professor in Mangalore.I love to teach and practice physiotherapy, that is the reason i am sharing all my experience and learnings on my youtube channel.     in case of frozen shoulder......pnf and Spencer which is better

      As you can not perform full ROM in frozen shoulder, it’s better to start with mobilization and Active assisted movements. Once you start getting improvement in Range you can try any of the techniques like PNF or spencer

    Can we apply pnf patterns in patient of paraplegia .Is it useful?

      you can apply PNF to break synnergy pattern and initialte movement, Paraplegia means if spasticity is there it might be helpful. otherwise more effective from paresis instead.
