hi there. I got a 15 pro max and this mount may work I think...I use a thin plastic ESR case for my iphone. But at 67mm I wonder if there is something smaller...even a 52mm will cover the 3 lenses I think....any other option that is smaller? I also worry about scratching the iphone screen.I have a screen protector. Thanks for the video

6:01 I totally agree with you here. Just don't like the artifacts it creates when you zoom in on a picture after taking it. THey're enhancing things to be enjoyed at full size and when you look at the details, there's often some weird things happening.

Have you been able to use filters to reduce iPhone lens ghoasting?

Thank you for the content. Great info. Can you please recommend a cloud diffusion for video. Trying to soften the facial imperfection on my face. Thanks for your help

Could you use any lens filter in that mount as long as it’s the right size or does it need to be a Moment filter?

I’ve been able to use any of my 67mm thread mount filters.

Does that mount fit the 13 Pro? I can’t seem to confirm if it fits or not. I may reach out to Moment but figured I’d check video reviews first.

Works for me but expect vignetting with the ultra-wide angle lens on both the 12 pro and 13 pro

As a beginner would I be better off with a CP or ND filter? I’m also comparing the Moment filters with Sandmarc, particularly interested in the Hybrid ND/PL. I’m sure both will give me better than stock iPhone photos but I’m stuck trying to figure out which of the two I want to start investing into bc after filters I want some lens. So which eco system should I go with since they don’t seem to be cross compatible. I heard somewhere this was going to be a rabbit hole I can certainly believe it.

@@gamecock2465 I would recommend starting with a CP. You'll get roughly a third to half stop of light down, and from my experience have far less issues with potential color cast and distortion that cheaper NDs can have.

@@_stevenfoster after reading some about the CP I did see that it is stackable so that does give me options. I’m probably going to end up with both the Sandmarc and Moment in the end. You can never have too much gear.

Does the filter mount block Magsafe area? I would like to pair it with a moment tripod mount for Magsafe.

Good question. It doesn't seem to on the Pro Max but on smaller phones it may.

@@_stevenfoster Yeah, I got 13 Pro version myself. It's quite tight already for magsafe accessories. I thought of a Moondog labs filter mount too but it won't coexist.
So far the best bet is to use a 37mm filter adaptor then you only use the main camera. The quality is better than the other two units anyway but again you lose flexibility.
The moment product page never mention that and only show an image with a standard smartphone clamp whilst advertise "magsafe mount".
It's whatever, but I may switch to Pro Max despite the weight.

does that work with their moment anamorphic lens?
