First workout/routine I find myself doing everyday just because it feels so good! and doesn't feel like a chore at all so I keep coming back here happy to finally find something that my body likes 🥺 Thank you so much!

It's always great to incorporate the healing sounds in your practice! You.can adjust the number of repetitions to suit your needs. You should feel relaxed and energized. Don't over do it or push through pain.
