    Are there exercises to lift and tighten breasts for those in their forties?

      You’re welcome! There are exercises that will help to strengthen the pec muscles, but nothing that actually lifts the breasts.

      The best you can do is strengthen the chest muscles underneath the breasts.

    Kristie - I think glut exercises aregreat at preventing and treating back pain - they integrate with lumbar muscles.Excellent 🙂🙃

      Glutes connect to lower back, so yes, great way to prevent the pain.

      It very much depends on the individual. That’s why I say work to fatigue.
