I still use this video in 2020 to explain the attacks of opportunity to my new players since we play Pathfinder.
Oh god, why did I find this channel just now? You guys should have at least hundred times more people here.
This is the best explanation of attacks of opportunity that I have gotten so far! This is so funny!
Happy to see you guys making vids again! Keeping the videos to 3 minutes is a good idea! Cuts the fat and makes the jokes punchier and funnier. I'd even recommend trimming this one to 2:30.
This was awesome!! Really enjoyed it!
This is amazing. I'm about to start DMing for a group of mostly new players, and this is a great quick tutorial.
Amazing video!! Keep it up it was the best I've seen in the tube I quiet some time great editing and acting.
Oh damn, this stuff is awesome. Thanks a lot for your work, mateys! Cheers, Nic
This will be shared with my RPG group!
I really liked this style of informative video, could you make more like this?
we could! what sort of rules would you like to examine?
Genius comedy just genius. I'm no RPG player and I still laughed my ass off.
"This has been a VAULT TEC presentation."
Love it
So good! More like this! :D
And Yay for Improved Unarmed Strike, which certainly all those people have. :)
Yay for combat reflexes!!
Brilliant!... Go sir, go. :)
Yeah, like I said, we figured that one out a little late... Sadly... This response was purely to whether or not the thug could possibly have attack Brian when he entered the square next to him.
So many giggles
Also remember that it did NOT provoke an attack of opportunity when he ENTERED the square next to the thug, only when he tried to escape without using five foot step.
But you can't provoke more than one attack of opportunity from a threatening opponent for the same action. That second hit must have been provoked by him standing up from the prone position.
Well, if the thug threatens the square diagonal of him thenwex did provoke when he left that square and entered the one next to the thug.
Attacks Of Opportunity were an interesting mechanic until an entire round became a series of non-stop reactionary domino effects. Glad they dropped most of it for 5e.
Good vid. I love the blonde.
ah! but not from the same move action!
Yeah... We figured that out a little late... so... Let's go with the delayed representation thing... :)
Except for brian.
Spoony's comments brought me here.
lol
I lost my shit at "casting spells"
