Bryan Johnson's Green Giant Drink

Bryan Johnson's Green Giant Drink. I am doing this protocol for at least a month and probably longer (pending my blood work) This is a modified version of his Green Giant Drink he has each morning with his morning pills. I don't put my whole scoop of protein powder in my 'Nutty Pudding' so I add the other 1/2 scoop to this and it helps the taste I believe.

I made Super veggie yesterday from steamed frozen broccoli & cauliflower and all the other fresh ingredients. I blended it down and it took lest time to ingest. It wasn’t disgusting. I found another RUclipsr who has done this diet for 27 days straight along with the exercise. He’s lost a ton of weight and is on track to make a 30 day straight video which will be released in the next few days. It’s interesting to see how regular people get on with this diet and exercise routine. Thanks for sharing👍

I’m finding that I have changed some of the recipes, but yet eating the same foods. I might make a video about that later. I’ve been cheating on weekends whilst staying pretty strict in the week.

Is spermadine replaceable w/ spirulina?

I’m not sure. I did recently purchase chlorella powder when my green powder ran out.
