Priceless getting to hang with Bryan in-person. There is something unmistakable when you’re with someone who has a big heart for people. You can sense it. Doesn’t matter your background, or anything else. It just is. Bryan has a big heart. Thank you brother. ❤️
See how many people hate on him. They are so addicted to their poor lifestyle and bad age, that they can only use "appeal to ridicule" to put Bryans dedication down.
I started doing tib raises in January and yall IT WORKS. literally just doing the tib raises has helped my knee stability so much. Like he said there is no such thing as too little
Yeah, I have high arches and have been wearing custom arch supports for 20 years, was able to ditch them after a few months of the Knee Zero program. Still having knee and hip issues, but those seem to be slowing resolving as well.
bryan does such a good job listen and not interrupting. Even tho he knows most of what he’s saying he’s still listening and let’s him talk for the people and home and even for things he may not know
I will definitely incorporated the tibialis raise into my routine. My dad gets knee pain when we go on walks, so I will definitely show him these exercises too. Thanks!
OMG!!! What an amazing information!!! Thanks Ben! It's true, all my life i was taught that knees should be in line with the toes. Bryan, thanks for inviting Ben and workout with him. Also, Bryan, may i just say that you already did for the humanity more than anyone!!! The diet, supplements, exercise, the importance of sleep... This whole protocol is an absolutely life changing and will increase health span and longevity of people. But only those who understand it and willing to do the work on themselves and take their health seriously 🙌🙌🙌
Great video! Thank-you! I'm just starting strength training. I'm 47 and I no desire to go to a gym and bulk up. I just want to be stronger, live longer, and now that I am an older dad of a baby, be able to hold my own when he's 16, and I'm 63. I'll be incorporating these exercises into what I'm doing.

Only way to build strength is with strength training, that involves physically breaking your muscle fibers. Your body needs plenty of protein and carbs to repair those fibers, even if you don't want to "bulk" you need to eat a plentiful diet, otherwise you will put your body under more stress.
At last the two most fascinating men on the internet the iron willed entrepreneur and the gifted trainer who transformed himself through sheer willpower and relentless research into next gen physical training.
You have taught me that my thoughts are not mine nor are my desires. I’m eliminating destructive traits as well! Mind blown- thank you so much and Godspeed Bryan!

Really love what you said about age being a number and a mindset. I lost a lot of time to illness and now that I’m better I’ve felt the weight of that lost time. This made me feel hopeful.
Would love to press re-like button many times over! Thank you for the collaboration! Saving and sending to myself. This gives me hope that I can enjoy life with my husband and 5 children!
One of the important points this video makes is the connection between flexibility and health. Flexibility is often overlooked as a minor factor in human health. Yet without the proper flexibility to move the joint through its range of motion, the proper amount of exercise for health may not be possible. As flexibility is often lost over time, this can contribute to the decline in physical activity and health often seen in the elderly. Thus, preserving flexibility can mean exercise, and its subsequent health benefits are possible throughout life.
My old trainer showed me the backward treadmill..I needed to do this 3 times for 2 minutes. After 30 seconds I was totally done but he kept me pushing forward. I was completely able to do it 3 times for 2 minutes. Indeed I was more than exhausted after that and I felt I am dying but he showed me what everyone is capable of doing things far... Really far beyond my own limits!
I love this vlog and would be pleased to see more videos with healthy tips and information what works also for older people and can be done without extraordinary costs. Many thanks!
Hii Bryan and Team, thanks for all the work you and your team are doing. It helped me a lot. I am feeling really relaxed and happy. What I have integrated into my life and some Info aboute me. I like to share too 😅: **Food:** I try to get nearly everything from the socially ecological farm next to my house (Demeter Farm, a German ecological standard, very high). I also involve seasonal vegetables. I am vegetarian by choice, eating Parmesan and Mozzarella occasionally (I am Italian 😅). **Sleeping Routine:** Glasses, calm down session, same bedtime, curtains, cooling ecological mattress cover, quiet nights, etc. **Sport:** Some exercises from your workout, 2 times climbing per week (2 hours each), 1 time rowing 12km in a team, 1 time cycling (~1 hour), sometimes swimming, and daily stretching exercises targeting my problem zones. **Skin:** I like making stuff by myself, so I make my creams, soaps, and serums. Like Vitamin C serum for the morning and retinol serum for the night. For sunscreen, I use a good brand from Germany. My skin age is quite good; I always used sunscreen and a lot of protection. **Hair:** Micro needling + Minoxidil for the receding hairline. **Brain**: Mostly no stress. I like to learn new stuff, new languages and I like to solve math problems. **Pills:** Just Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. My blood values are very good. **Aging Process:** I am 28, but most people think I am in my early 20s. It could also be just the no beard effect 😂. No gray hairs, full flexibility, no wrinkles, and healthy. I nearly always had a healthy life (a lot of alcohol from 16 to 20, Europe) I drink maybe once a month a beer, never smoked, I always did sport...I had two grandmothers living to 98 and 99. My grandfathers died during the wars. Maybe worth mentioning as aging ist genetics and epigenetics. **Recommendations:** - I would suggest that the food could be more from regional areas. I think you have a great impact in the long term, so creating more awareness on this topic would be great. - One day in the future: Food plans for different areas in the world addressing seasonal, regional, ecological, and of course, healthy food. - Skincare could also focus more on eco-friendly products, addressing not just the ingredients, but also the supply chain and packaging. That's whining on a high standard, of course, but hopefully, this will be our future. 😄 Thanks again, you are a true inspiration!!

If you don't have people hating or questioning what you're doing, you're not doing something important enough. Keep it up Bryan! Super interesting project to us mere mortals! ;)
i think the whole longevity thing is a little crazy but its so awesome at the same time, the lengths one will go to look young is awesome! and we're getting the knowledge for free too. keep up the good work Bryan!
Incredible information! I literally started watching this video during my elliptical workout. I'm going to try some of this right now. Thank you for sharing!
Walking uphill backward is an effective knee-strengthening exercise that aligns with Ben Patrick's approach by engaging key knee-supporting muscles and enhancing stability with minimal joint stress.
Going to use those sled pulls and pushes after my squat sessions on a Monday. I had knee pain for quite a while until I started squatting again. These seem a natural progression.
You gave me hope. I had knee surgery and the doctor dislocated my knee. Ever since then i haven’t been ok. I dont have full range of motion and having a kid is very tough because im not able to do what i used to.
Watching this, I realized that every time I toe-hooked something while climbing over the years, the movement was very similar to the tibialis raise exercise. I guess as a climber, I already have this in my toolbox. I highly recommend it! Awesome video!
