I'm now taking sleep seriously - keeping a close eye on my 100% whoop sleep score through the week. The super veggie is much more enjoyable than I imagined. I strive to implement as many of your findings into my daily routines. It's really hard and i'm still struggling - especially for others to understand why I go to bed that early to enjoy the morning hours. And the rolling eyes when saying no to alcohol and leaving from the party early to get consistent sleep. They should seriously know how it's possible to feel like. I for sure didn't. Did you also try out some of the protocol? or maybe you have always been healthy?
@@stolif No, not the protocol, I just went nuclear on fighting diabetes, won against it and much of the same principles Bryan does apply to it. Simply cutting off high glycemic food and focusing on healthy alternatives only made wonders for me. I eat almost every day unfrosted and warm miscellaneous berries and olive oil on top as part of the low glycemic diet. It isn't some fad like paleo, keto, vegan, etc, similar to mediterranean, actually, minus processed white carbs. Olive oil is THE anti-aging food, the resveratrol from berries get better absorbed in fat, I've got this recommendation from Dr. Sinclair on my journey to end diabetes type II, another anti-aging scientist. I've rejuvenated like 10 years (at least how I perceive myself) , and I'm in my 30's. It was very spartan and hard, but today candy and similar terrible food sickens me. Bryan doubles down on the olive oil too. I'm glad I've found Bryan, he talks about the importance of a healthy culture as alternative to the mainstream, I was beginning to feel as an alien, even tremendously healthier than years ago, he gave me lasting determination to my newfound discipline. The doctors I check my health periodically said I aced my blood tests, this was so fulfilling after all the effort. All I miss is an exercise routine, really, but I'm going to get there!

I brought this up in an interview with Dana recently. I told him you thought his quote is too long, but that quote is from Bruce Lee and it talks about never setting limits. Because you might as well be dead. Seriously, if you always put limits on what you can do, physical or anything else, it’ll spread over into the rest of your life. It’ll spread into your work, into your morality, into your entire being. There are no limits. There are plateaus, but you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. If it kills you, it kills you. A man must constantly exceed his level. -Bruce Lee GPT says “"Never limit yourself; constantly exceed your level." But it doesn’t hit nearly as well. 😂 love your content

There's another guy who's closely tailing Bryan in the rejuvenation olympics whose routine costs less than $20,000/yr.
@@user-ee1fn4vt8bwhats his name?
I’ve been following you since your Lex Fridman podcast. Love what you do. Please stay honest and good, and please don’t die!
Hes going to outlive us all even if you were just born, dont worry
your face transformation is insane. kudos.
Love the money helps part shows your realness
I love your compassion for those struggling
Bryan truly knows what he's talking about from a health and mental health perspective. Really awesome stuff
Love this video idea! Great contrasting the GOALS of blueprint vs what Dana is doing
I have so much more respect for you after this video.
It’s refreshing hearing a very wealthy, successful, highly disciplined person openly say, you really do need money and understand how hard living is for most people especially those suffering with depression.
I think Bryan should visit Dana White's office and vice versa, and compare both programs. That would be super interesting!
Thanks Bryan, your positive vibes are contagious! Also your humor is the best!
I started keto 2 years ago and switched to carnivore 3 months ago and have been doing cold showers. 10 years of constant chronic lower back pain gone in 2 weeks. Also dandruff gone, -40 pounds, gums no longer bleed, dry skin on hands gone, swollen legs gone, going to the bathroom several times at night gone, toe fungus improving, dark under eyes gone, blackheads gone, better moods and more energy. Diet is huge. I can't believe he didn't mention a diet change!
Now you have heart disease and fatty liver and colorectal cancer from meat. You are not a lion. A gorilla can deadlift 1800 pounds and it only eats plants. Just eat like Bryan Johnson and heal yourself.
I'm skinny and lifting weights, I've gained 15lb in 1 year. But I have zero support system and I'm doing it all on my own. It kinda sucks.
It gets harder over time to stick with it. I'm in a dip right now after a 1 year streak
You are doing it.. keep going bro
You're doing amazing!!
Leave it, being a looser is ok. Almost all ppl quit
Talk to people at the gym, or in the sauna. You may one day be a source of inspiration to others.
I wasn’t sure about Bryan when I first heard about him. I had a pre conceptions that appear to be very inaccurate having watched a good few videos now. Seems like a genuine guy and I really like this video. Good luck on the journey and thanks for sharing the knowledge freely.
Bryan's humility throughout this video is a breath of fresh air and truly appreciated. New subscriber, enjoyed your content.
You think he honestly has humility? .... 🤨 He's a billionaire that rubs his money in other people's faces, and looks down snobbishly at other people's efforts. I honestly have zero respect for him. I cringe every time I see him in the news media.
Sir has such nice energy and honestly his content is so interesting! Keep uploading more Mr Johnson!
I love this guy! I like him more and more especially the fact that he called Dana iut saying "money really helps" and that circumstances sometimes really do shutter you
You transformed my life from miserable work junkie to a much healthier version of myself. I'm still a work junkie but now my brain knows there's a body too! I truly feel like you gave me a new much better life. I'm not anywhere near implementing all of your routines but i'm trying to be better. Thank you Bryan!
I think you're probably much more efficient at work, which is an irony grind culture misses. Congrats, man.
@@DavidPereiraLima123 Thanks! I am not only much more efficient at work I also enjoy it much more. Consistent good sleep and workouts every day really did a huge difference for me. Energy levels, happiness, work efficiency and daily structure are completely different from when I started. I'm going to have a hard time not eating my favourite dishes, but I have decided to try at least a month on the protocol :). I tried out the super veggie a few times and I like it.
All I miss is an exercise routine, really, but I'm going to get there!
man. bryan is so down to earth, when he paused and said yeah money helps i gave him a like. he is being honnest. also that eveyone can do it. the amount of empathy. man huge like
I brought this up in an interview with Dana recently.
-Bruce Lee
GPT says “"Never limit yourself; constantly exceed your level." But it doesn’t hit nearly as well. 😂 love your content
Bryan is a work of art. The man is beautiful. He will live forever, I think. You have to believe it, first.
"Money helps" thank you for the honesty.
If you have the discipline and drive to become rich, then you have the discipline and drive to get into amazing shape. Money can't buy those
So glad to see someone finally admit money really helps
As a Paramedic i can only say one thing, Mr.Johnson is simply superior in every aspect (attitude, scientific and human approach).
This is literally like watching a father evaluate childrens who are trying
Damn Bryan, I gotta say, you just keep looking better and better
Yo I didn’t realise how funny this guy is 😂😂. I’m glad I came across his channel, I’m gonna watch everything!
I so wish I had a friend like Bryan. Thank you for these kind, informative and helpful videos ☺️
I like the honesty when Bryan says money really helps and when he talked about dépression, thank you
Bryan, you are the most refreshing individual. Thank you for everything you’re doing. I’d love you to see additional videos like this.
12:38 I love that he says this because HE was in a really bad situation and got out👍🏻 That really shows there is hope
“Sometimes there is, life can be pretty hard” you gotta love Bryan’s perspective and attention to precision in speech
Loved this. I need to get motivated. I took care of my husband who had stage 4 terminal cancer for 2 years and I am out of shape and exhausted. I would love Byran to give me a simple list to start first
The selfless work of a caregiver is often overlooked. As for the loss of your husband, my doctor once wisely said that there is "no closure". However, I hope you have positive things to still appreciate. I think hiking in the mountains is a great way to rebuild a spirit. Good luck!
Bryan: please talk about how the animals also have a right to live. How can you do blueprint without using any animal body parts? ❤
This is a great video idea! Please, make more breakdowns like this of other people. Thanks for your content, Bryan!
I so appreciate your honesty & realness Bryan, love what you put out there more & more!
First video of you I like, there was humor and realism and positivity and compassion.
Great guy, love his podcasts 😊
Great format!! More of these
The haircut looks great Bryan! Keep on doing the good work 🙌
React to haircafe 🕊️
What did haircafe do? Who are they?
Post a comment, like mine or something so Bryan sees it. Oneskin is a cream that has a peptide that kills senescent cells.
Since none of the creams he has tried have worked
Tell Bryan about Oneskin. It would be good if he tries it since it removes senescent cells from the skin. Out of all the creams he has tried I think this one has a chance
@@PalParkTigers yo, stupid youtube shadow banned my comments. This was literally useful information about a cream that could actually work compared to all the stuff Bryan has tried. OS-01 peptide
Since this is becoming the top comment, tell bryan about the peptide : O S - 01. It kills senescent cells and will probably work compared to all the creams he has tried

I’m glad you called out the David Goggins platitudes can actually be harmful for those who cannot just do it even though you don’t want to… I have epilepsy and I can’t do some things even if I want to… Thanks for saying sleep is the #1 most important thing… it absolutely is
Yeah, you kind of missed the point of David Goggins then
Use CBD. Protect your brain with antioxidants, like Astaxanthan, NAC+glycine etc.
Bryan: please talk about how the animals also have a right to live. How can you do blueprint without using any animal body parts? ❤
Keep doing reactions love this
Bryan, sometimes it's hard to watch your videos, because you're showcasing excellence: The perfect sleep, the perfect diet, the perfect exercise, etc. The best part of this video is the connection and empathy you show to people who aren't at your level.
I wish there was an interview between Bryan and Michael Greger. The two follow the same science based approach, have the same longevity goal, and have many similar but also some different takes on nutrition. It would be so interesting!

"Who's going to stop and read the whole thing" Bryan says, right after stopping the video to read the whole thing in the background.
Thank you so much for reviewing this. Been following you for your honesty.
Bryan: please talk about how the animals also have a right to live. How can you do blueprint without using any animal body parts? ❤
I love that alternate quote of “hi friend, good job!” That should be on a tshirt! Everyone would feel good after reading that! What good vibes you have Bryan! Thanks for being awesome and a positive voice on planet earth! 🌍
12:20 this is why I respect you so much. Very honest and transparent.
I can summarize this video pretty well in four words: Hi friend! Good Job!
Cheaper alternatives reminds me of Mike Chang towel exercises. 😄
Wow what a Time Machine, good one 😂
Thank you Bryan, excellent video. Keep 'em coming! I really enjoy listening to you.
Bro, finally you are funny and entertaining to watch. Keep up the good work. ;)
Thanks Bryan for being so honest! ❤
Bryan is the only person in this beautiful world where only clear measurement gives you clarity. To all normal people, eat only in a 4 hours window, train, move and strech every day and get good sleep
I love that Bryan is real about money making a difference.
Great video!
Can you do a video on reversing menopause?
THAT WOULD AWESOME, TO REVERSE IT. BIOIDENTICAL HORMONES ARE OUT THERE BUT ARE THEY SAFE.
@@VictoriaDumond-ph3pd That's a great question. Also, do we want to return to our previous hormonal state if we had problems like PCOS, or do we try to get to an optimal hormonal state?

Gary Brecka is an actual snake oil salesman which is ironic considering the EVOO joke
Can you elaborate on that snake oil stuff?
@@Petteriks he bought theralight, has an undergrad degree in bio and is a chiropractor lol. He’s peddling the work of giants so to speak as his own. His 10X company gives out peptides and hormones like they’re candy. He also gives high dose vitamin c during exercise which is very dangerous.

What I love about you is that you keep it simple and achievable for everybody, while everybody can also choose to go for your products. You are not telling it’s only possible via purchasing your products but you try to convince with professionalism.
I appreciate your message and honesty.
I feel your empathy too.
