Let’s not compare neep with headphones. If you want to compare it, put it against MS Teams, which Teams will come up on top and is what most people use for work anyway. Also putting neep in every review seems a bit of self promotion and distracts your reviews from being unbiased.

Would Neep work for RJ9 DECT??? I wish my work didn’t have such a sh***y hardware. I’m stuck using a RJ9 so I bought a the Poly 7420 DECT headset (Non teams version) because it’s their newest DECT phone. Hopefully it’s not crap because I hate HP… but they did add Bluetooth 5.2 so I’m hoping it’s decent
@@VrickzGamer You'd want to contact Dell or the seller you ordered from for assistance. That being said, to connect with a mobile phone you don't need the USB Dongle. You'd connect to your phone via Bluetooth.
Why are you not also showing the camera mic sound? Its confusing you now show only mic and neep, instead of mic and camera. I get it you want to promote neep, but come on, please dont make your tests worse because of that. I will not ever get neep, because of subscription based service.
Terrible structural design for a product with this price and brand. I expected it to last more than three months: There is a design error where there is a weak point precisely at the junction where the microphone rotates. The designer created a fitting where it should have been a whole piece
Wow that's disappointing thanks for the feedback will continue to keep an eye out on the durability. There is a warranty on the headset you should be able to claim from Dell just fyi.
