the light of your headset on when you are in a meeting? The my don’t on, I don’t know do the light on, I already tested in microsoft teams and google meeting and nothing.
Giovane, bom dia! Eu também sou brasileiro e estou pesquisando esse headset pra comprar. O que você está achando dele? O microfone tem uma qualidade boa? O cancelamento de ruído do microfone funciona bem? E o cancelamento de ruído ativo do alto falante também funciona bem? Estou fazendo essas perguntas porque não conheço ninguém que tenha e estou entre esse headset e o poly voyage focus 2, porém como este é mais barato estou com dúvidas. Obrigado.
Hi I am Taiwanese,and I just bought this headphone.I already have Sony WH1000-xm5 and AirPods Pro1.I think this wl5024’s noise reduction ability is in the same level as the xm5,and much better than AirPods Pro1.But I think the biggest flaw of this product is their comfort,because it don’t have holes to place you ears.The earmuffs are directly extracting your ears,so it wouldn’t be so comfortable when it is compared to the other two products.I think the microphone is medium level,not good and not bad.I use that at home,so I can’t answer you the noise reduction of the microphone.Considering of the price,I think it’s worthwhile to buy.

In my case, I work at home and sometimes in open spaces and the quality of the microphone is extremely important to me, as in some cases I serve remote clients with a lot of noise in the background. I need excellent noise cancellation in the microphone.

Respondendo às suas perguntas, eu estou com esse fone a pouco mais de um mês apenas, comprei ele diretamente do site da dell, eu utilizo ele apenas para trabalho, comprei com esse objetivo, o cancelamento de ruído do microfone eu achei muito bom, claro que existem melhores mas para mim atendeu muito bem, trabalho em um ambiente que às vezes tem muito barulho e ele abafa bem o barulho externo, ja o cancelamento de ruído do fone também acho bom, mas como o fone não é em formato de concha que abraça a orelha o cancelamento de ruído acaba não sendo tão efetivo, mas ainda assim é bom. Eu achei o fome confortável, a conectividade dele é extremamente simples e rápida, bem responsiva. No meu ponto de vista atendeu muito bem minhas expectativas, se você tem interesse em comprá-lo para trabalhar acho que vale a pena sim.
Eu estou tentando entender como faz para acender a luz que indica quando está em reunião, no app da dell está habilitado para ativar mas no meu caso não está ativando, faço calls e a luz permanece apagada, não sei se é devido a eu utilizar o google meeting pois esse headset é certificado pelo zoom e microsoft teams.

I recently bought WH-1000XM4. But I am interested on this one just because of that external mic and the way it mutes/unmutes...
Jabra Evolve2 85 attracted me before this WL5024 ANC. But thats bit expensive. So I was thinking between Jabra Evolve2 85 & Jabra Evolve2 75.

Dell audio app cannot find my wl5024 even it is already connected by Bluetooth to my cellphone...even the peripheral manager app on my laptop also cannot find the headset with USB dongle plugged and connected... really frustrated
Uff mic quality sounds terrible.. feels like you scream at me the whole time
