For all those criticizing Waters for his guitar playing Waters has never said he is a great bassist or instrumentalist, which is true. Put some effort into it, dude! You are Roger Waters, and we all love you and respect you. But sad to say, I think vocally, Roger's voice pretty much sucks here. They don't make songs like this anymore. Whoever came up with the term classic rock was spot on. This music from that short window of time in the sixties and seventies is likely to stand the test of time the way the classical composers of that small group from the past has. If there was magazines like Guitar Player back then they would've had Beethoven, Mozart, Back, Chopin and a few others adorning them for decades the same way as Hendrix Santana, Page, Clapton, and a few others are still on the covers well into their senior years. Enjoy them while you can folks. It's the end of an era.

Joe O'Quinn Well, he had no respect for the original by adding extra strumming, and many unnecessary parts. This was only to show off. OUTSTANDING! :)
beautiful. Thanks for posting this video. A big thank you to the guys for a lovely tune and their willingness to assist others in need.
Clapton was God in 1966 and nothing has changed
Nice to hear it in a low, spoken kind of way. And the backing singers are fucking outstanding.
David's voice is made for this song. Even Rogers cant replace that!
Maybe because they don't even have the same type of voice. Roger has a baritone and a negative way to sing, while David has a LIGHT baritone and a way to sing with a positive way.
Maravilhoso Roger
I’m pretty sure they both sang 2 different parts on the album cover so 😏
You act like waters didn't write whole the best pink floyd's song
Here Clapton gave an amazing touch of class
That is true but on this particular song Gilmour is unreachable
Clapton is like the ultimate guitar professor. Page, Richards and Gilmour are my other favs...
Wonderful 🎸(Miss you, my soulmate) 🫂! // Thanks for sharing!
Two greats , awesome sound and wow what a great song!
Roger waters... Waaouuuu.. Quelle homme accomplie quel homme bien... Un artiste qui touche à tout, qui se bat pour les autre merci M. WATERS.
UN grand fan qui a compris votre combat et qui vous remercie.
, so you think you can tell
Heaven from hell
Blue skies from pain
Can you tell a green field
From a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
Did they get you to trade
Your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
Did you exchange
A walk on part in the war
For a lead role in a cage?
How I wish, how I wish you were here
We're just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl
Year after year
Running over the same old ground
And how we found
The same old fears
Wish you were here
Many thanks
Oh my, this is Heavenly. What more could a girl ask for!!!
A great rendition, adding Clapton was perfect.
This sounds like a Bob Dylan cover version of Wish you were here

BEAUTIFUL! Can't begin to imagine the emotions playing it for a loved friend lost to mental illness.
feeling the emotion, music will do that, roger is such a fine human being
whoa clapton did a great job!
Really good version. Water's voice is very touching, very deep. You feel the song in a different way. It's nice. (I prefer the original version tho)
Damn, Eric is Mr Slow Hand! that was beautiful
You're so right! There music is SO Intelligent and simultaneously beautiful.
