I use super clean for everything except tires and wheels , but for interior diluted does great for doors , carpets , seats, mats. I even use to for a pre wash on the car helps with bugs and to loosen up dirt and grim
I definitely used super clean at the start, but you gotta be extra careful when using it on Interior plastics and leather. Even diluted 10:1, you have a moderate chance of damaging those areas as a degreaser will strip any oils and dyes from them. Especially if you don't 100% wipe it off, it can permanently stain/burn plastics and leather. Although it's more expensive and not as strong, I recommend using a dedicated interior cleaner for plastics and leather, and using Superclean for cloth and carpets. Great job on those seats!
@@JaTool or just don't use a degreaser on areas where it's not supposed to be used😊. Trust me, you don't want to find out the hard way what superclean can do to plastics
@JaTool Learn chemistry and you'll be fine😊 Haha all jokes aside though, even at 20:1, it's still a degreaser. You still run the risk on staining older GM plastics. That's why I almost always use a dedicated interior cleaner on my interiors and if it's really bad, I use Koch Chemie Green Star
@@JaTool dude ytou need study chemistry. I do high end profesional detailing and Super Clean is a very caustic alkaline degreaser. DEGREASERS ARE NOT MEANT TO BE USED ON INTERIOR LEATHER & PLASTICS/PAINT PERIOD. Super Clean is not clear coat safe & will etch paint & plastics even when dilluted. If you're diluting Super Clean at 1:20 then you've diluted it so much that a dedicated interior cleaner will be more effective without being caustic. I've personally seen Super Clean ruin & etch interiors even at 1:20 dilution. Super Clean is also terrible for your skin & lungs. Loook up how Super Clean was invented & what it was meant for. All it takes is a car with soft plastics and some Super Clean overspray and you'll be paying your customer to repair their car.
May I ask what chemicals do you use on the interior? Also in the beginning when you started in the mats what was the tool that you used? Great video. Would suggest to next time see what your employee was doing in the front while you were doing the back. Thanks.
Yea dilute it 1 part product 10 part water so if you have a 32 oz bottle but 3 oz of product the rest water. You can use it on doors , steering wheel , center console , dashboard, leather seats and if you have a steamer it’s a good combo. Spray, scrub , steam and whip down
@@topvideoslist honestly man the only thing I can think off is a based acid chemical for caked on brake dust but you have to be very careful with that especially if the wheels aren’t OEM because after market rims don’t have a clear coat on them, I know superior product makes a acid chemical for wheels
@@topvideoslist they also have a strong degreaser called dark fury safe on wheels and tires you might want to try that first , it can be diluted now it will not take care of brake dust that’s been on there for years and if that’s the case you want to very careful you don’t pull the clear coat off the wheel
3:1 but if the vehicle seats and matts need extra work I add a little more solution. So when you spray it spread it around on low with drill brush and than wait around a minute and go on high than extract. If your at a job site and need any questions dm me on Instagram link is in the description 👍
@@akautodetailing 1:3 is crazy for a interior. Super Clean is caustic and will stain/etch/and damage certain interiors at that dilution. I do pro detailing as well and have seen it damage stuff with my own eyes at even a 1:10 and 1:15 dilution.
