Just used super clean 1:1 on my wheels yesterday. First time using it at that ratio and actually wish I went full strength. Removed a TON of embedded brake dust and did zero damage. Makes me realize how much money I used to waste on dedicated wheel and tire cleaners.

I never fail to add an oz or 2 of SuperClean to my ph neutral soap every time I detail a filthy neglected vehicle for the first wash. it really helps to actually clean. just try to avoid using on waxed cars as it will begin to degrade it if you continue using it. make sure to rinse well and don't let it dry in the sun. detailing doesn't need to be expensive and this is a great way. more soap mfgs need to make a better cleaning soaps that actually clean too . We're going to add more wax or toppers anyway so a little more effective soaps would be nice to help agitate less. great video

I have found a few decent self mix for wheel tire that work well in a hand sprayer.

Dilutions will depend on how dirty the car is. The dirtier usually the more super clean I’ll use - it’s usually around 4oz of super clean in the foam cannon with 1-2oz of soap and the rest water. If the car is really bad I may do an extra oz or two of super clean and keep the soap at 1-2oz.
Thanks for the feedback on the videos and channel. I really appreciate it.

@@autodetailingpodcast When you combine the soap and super clean- is that because you are going to contact wash with soap+superclean combo, or is that for the pre-wash and rinse?

Have you ever done a test on a dirty car to see if just a pre-rinse with water and contact wash will introduce scratches? And if it does...is it so minimal that the average car owner wouldn't really notice. Just wondering if the steps of a prewash are worth the time and money.

I just did and had zero issues. No spotting or staining whatsoever. I was hesitant because of the hate I seen it get from some of these channels but saw it get a lot of praise from other channels so I said screw it and went for it. Worst case scenario I would have to polish my car and I have no problem with that. It worked out phenomenally.
