What a fascinating new area to learn about! I'm not sure I'll find any stone fruit here in Australia but you never know. I did find a stunning set of very heavy glass fruit and vegetables, beautifully coloured, which I gave to a son-in-law for Christmas as he has an eye for such things. I have started a small collection of wooden fruit myself - it sure makes op-shopping a real treasure hunt 😊

Thank you Gabby, I've been so curious about stone fruit even though I've never seen them over here, I had no idea they originated in Italy. Just to add that your eyes are looking so much better now, very pretty😊

Love this video, Thank You for making it! I had gone to Goodwill one day and picked up a pressed clear glass bowl with 3 lemons in it I think for $5.00. When I picked it up I almost dropped it, curious I bought it wondering why it was so heavy. Went online and found out a little about stone fruit and have not found anymore in any shop since so I was happy to learn about it in this video!

Oh Gabriella, thank you so much for this video. You are so knowledgeable about stone fruit. I have always been drawn to it but afraid to purchase it. Now I feel a little more confident!💝

Thank you Gabby for this informative video.....I just got my first bowl of stone fruit last year when I happened upon 8 pcs being sold together as one lot at my local antique shop....I was delighted to find them and since then I've found one other piece that I've added to my collection. I'm looking forward to seeing all the good videos you have in store for us coming up.....have a wonderful springtime. with your flowers.

Thank you for video. I once had stone grapes and sold at yard sale not knowing value and that years later I would want for my home. I've done that so many times in my younger years.

Enjoyed your informative video, but am wondering if next time you could move your email address out of the corner where you're showing us things. It was hard to see some of the fruit when you held it behind the lettering. Thanks for the interesting video, though!
