I'm a registered dietitian so it doesn't matter if some people are annoyed at your introduction. OWN that degree girl! Over half of my job is busting myths people heard on the internet from opinionated people with no human nutrition education. You do you boo! You have mad respect and appreciation from those of us wanting to know the science and what really works.

You don’t have to be a registered dietitian to be an expert on Nutrition and health. I spend at least a couple of hours a day doing research on health and wellness and reading research and studies and clinical trials and have 19 years of experience in health and wellness and know what Truly works. I don’t depend on legacy media for health as they are wrong most of the time; I go directly to the actual studies and read through the data as conclusions don’t always align with the real and actual data (the corruption in conclusion of studies and the fact that there are many studies aren’t independent is a whole other can of worms I won’t get into right now).
I’ve been between 115lbs and 125 lbs all my adult life except when pregnant and my blood work is good. I was able to REVERSE Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis I got in my mid-twenties from so called health advice I was told in my early twenties. I used only natural and holistic therapies!
I will never listen to an obese registered dietitian as there is absolutely no way that an obese person is healthy and knows what they are talking about. I know of many normal weight older women that have Registered dietitians come visit them and try to “teach” them how to “eat healthy”. In no logical and sound way is an obese person a Registered Dietitian who knows what works to be healthy.

I’m a 57yo who had horrible acne as a teen and mist of my adult years, until about my early 40’s when it finally cleared up. I figured I’m going to take the best care of my skin than I possibly can now that it’s cleared. The result…I commonly get taken first 10-15 yrs younger. I do have a bit of sagging jawline and under-eye bags….I hide them with eyeglasses😊. Prior to a simple gastroenterology procedure, I heard the physician ask the nursing staff if I look my age…. They all replied “NO”. I then said “I know”. …they then gave me more anesthesia.
Later an RN came in and asked me what I use. I explained a pea size tretinoin…then dab glycerin, when the tretinoin had settled down.

Telling us the hard truth! The inevitable aging. Lots of great information in here. I don’t like the sagging and the loss of the fat pad in my under eyes. The fine lines don’t bother me. I’m worried about making the right treatment choice and finding the right provider. This all helps. Being armed with information is always a good idea.

Since I started watching your videos (I think it's been 3 months), my decision-making has become much more efficient. After a year of investing in my skin health, I've noticed a significant improvement in the last 2 months, and I now have a long-term idea of what to expect, depending on how my skin responds to each step (which has also helped with my anxiety problem). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your knowledge.

I bought a TENS machine 20 years ago and use it on my face everyday. My eyebrows have never shifted off the brow bone and although the malar fat pad has descended to the jowls I haven't developed any of the other sagging associated with ageing.
If you don't want to spend hundreds on microcurrent devices, buy a TENS for $50. It's the exact same thing and does the exact same job.

I love when you give the example like that picture in your office to stand back and look at the overall look of your face and how important the consistency of the color on your face is vs. staring at your face like through a magnifying glass. I know for me so many times I'm focused on this that or the other thing. And then I run into people and they are like. Wow, your skin looks so great. It looks so much younger etc and I. Begin to realize that i'm looking into a different face than other people are because i'm hyper focused on the flaws.

You are the voice of reason in the panic-driven world of misinformation, let alone the emotional world of cosmetics and empowered aging. What a silly comment to resent your qualifications to give the best advice. You truly care and you are deeply appreciated!
Edit: I do have a question about targeting **specific** problem areas (let me know if I should be looking in your post history for some of this). I understand that many treatments aren’t good all-over solutions, but what are they **best** for? For example: I just turned 40 and I’ve always taken very good care of my skin, but that is not going to stop my large-bridged Persian/Sicilian nose from getting lower and lower. Threading willy nilly all over is not recommended, but I like to imagine that maybe threading could lift the tip of my nose, which sounds better to me, and perhaps more natural, than slicing or paralyzing anything. And in truth, I really want all the most natural looking nose tricks! Lol, I don’t want to get a nose job like most of the Middle Eastern babes I know.

I would love her to treat me, but other doctors (in Spain) I am super afraid... already had 2 really bad experiences with chemical peelings, surgeons trying to sell me surgeries I did not want and aestheticians pushing me to plump my lips with fillers -which i never wanted. It feels everybody wants just to push on sales, without caring about what bothers us and what we like about us.... 100% sure if I ever get to go to the USA I'll get an appointment with her!!!

You have a very healthy and wonderful view on aging. I like that you stated it's inevitable. My goal isn't to look younger, it's to be has healthy as I can be, and this includes my largest organ, my skin. About five years ago I introduced a mouth exercise ball into my face work out. It has really helped tighten up my jowls and jaw line and while the muscles along the jaw do get bigger it doesn't have the same lifting as fillers.
