    Only the original one we add flour?

    Tried this, looks good and tastes fine! But when I took it out of the cake pan the bottom parchment paper is soaked in water... Even when I cut into pieces the cake still seeps water out, so the texture is a little odd

      May I know at which step ur batter starts to look watery? I normally use Emborg or Philadelphia, sometimes Tatura.

      Mine too, it had moisture at the bottom of the baking sheet. I checked while it was cooling down. Any tips? Final texture is not as thick and creamy as the video. Kind of like soft cheese feels. Although taste is good

    Didn’t successfully make two layers 😂. Mixed them all in the end.. it looks like one to other layer is thicker .. matcha layer definitely looks thicker than original .

      是按照Buttermilk Pantry 的食谱吗? 如果不是那你可以先试试看按照她的方子。蛋的比例如果比较高那做出来的乳酪蛋糕有可能会没有那么creamy。至于烤焦这个问题,每个烤箱温度都会有点不一样的,可以适度调高看看,也可以像我这样,最后几分钟调到'Broil' 让顶部上色。

      If u r a matcha lover then I would say yes it taste great! But I must say matcha did covered a bit of the rich burnt cheese flavour.

      首先需要确保你没有删减或替换任何食谱里面的材料,其次要看看你使用的cream cheese 必须是块状用来做乳酪蛋糕的,而不是cream cheese spread。再来就是鸡蛋,我用的鸡蛋是每颗带壳重量约65g的鸡蛋

      1. cake flour 指的是制作饼干还是sponge cake 的?我用了plain flour 感觉比抹茶粉的重了,我觉得应为这样所以我做的混合了
      2. 如果用plain flour或者 self raising flour 代替会有差别吗?
      3. 你指的是cream cheese block?
      4. 买抹茶粉有什么特别需要注意的吗?
      5. 如果用斑斓叶挤出来的水代替抹茶粉,重量应该会比 original layer 轻些,是不是要original layer first, then pandan layer?

      Yup, cuz I wan the max matcha flavour for my matcha layer so I substitute cake flour fully with matcha powder. Dun worry, it doesn't affect the texture of the cheesecake.

      只要是Dairy whipping cream 就可以了,我自己用的是Emborg UHT Whipping Cream 。

      并不需要,奶酪糊还蛮厚重的,只要不是重重的倒下去,两层其实是不容易混合的。

      使用不是活底的模具会有这个问题,蒸汽积在模具里了。下次可以试着在乳酪蛋糕还温热但已经定型的情况下脱模放凉。
