    请问浓缩咖啡是指Nescafé 无糖即溶咖啡粉对吗?需要多少克咖啡,加多少水溶解?

      我是用意式咖啡机萃取的浓缩咖啡 (Espresso)。如果要用即溶咖啡,可以用10克即溶咖啡粉和180克水。

    請問巴斯克烤好需要先冷藏冰過,再繼續做提拉米蘇嗎?

      可以放冷藏,只要蛋糕凉透就可以,还温热的时候不能把提拉米苏糊倒入。

    Just tried to make it and it came out flat and soggy 😭 melting the egg yolk with the gelatine failed too... became too solid when I tried to combine with the cream.

      Which part was flat and soggy? If the temperature of the egg yolk mixture is too low, the gelatin will set and you are not able to fold in the cream, you can whip the cream first and keep it in the fridge, then prepare the egg yolk mixture, let it cool down slightly and fold in the cream

      Put in the freezer will get the tiramisu layer to set quickly(not storing the cake in freezer,once it is set remove and store in the fridge),if you put it in fridge it will take about 6 hours to set.

    Hi! It's stunning and loved your vids! One genuine question (I'm a beginner haha) , is the gelatin sheet very important please? Can I skip that part does it affects a lot? I think the gelatin sheet's purpose is just to slightly hardens it up to get the fancy shape at the top right? Thank you so much!

      Without gelatin the tiramisu part will not hold the shape for long after it is out of the fridge, if you are eating the cake at home it’s fine to omit gelatin, just pop the cake into the fridge if it starts melting.

      可以,只是double cream脂肪含量高,比较腻口.
