I've gotta say, this is probably my favourite flat you've toured so far. Going for a swim in a salt-water swimming pool and right after access your bathroom is pretty special!
I'm not sure about value because owning an outdoor pool you can only use a few months a year doesn't sound like great value. Also you have so many neighbors looking into your apartments on both north & south exposures. At the 6-12M price point you could at least hope for something less overlooked by strangers.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very sleek and modern, but it doesn't feel foreign and cold. It feels welcoming and homey, which is really rare to find when you get modern million dollar apartments. Totally worth 6 million dollars.

This is a beautiful minimalist NYC Apartment. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. I like the great room, dining room, and kitchen. The saltwater pool is very cool.
Love the apartment tour. I got to say the saltwater pool as well. The least is the kitchen. I feel that kitchen is meant for someone who doesn't cook that often

The washer and dryer are off for a 6M luxury appartement, with a pool and the wood and everything: looked to be second hand or the last model on special at Lowes or Home Depot. They may work fine but they do not speak luxury as the rest of the apartment!
The bathroom could use something like a Phoenician mirror. It would grant privacy for the user and at the same time maintain the view of a swimming pool.

how old are you? if you are under 30 if you work yourself to the bone you might be able to buy 1 of these by the time you are 50 or 60
I've gotta say, this is probably my favourite flat you've toured so far. Going for a swim in a salt-water swimming pool and right after access your bathroom is pretty special!
