We are back again! Hope everyone has been doing well. In this weeks episode we are touring one of New York City's most unique penthouse apartments at 66 East 11th Street! Comment down below your favorite part of this Penthouse Apartment.
Architects did an amazing job, not just with the impressive details like that central staircase, but the floorplan works very well. The way they used interior windowless rooms like the office area makes a lot of sense, and the whole place has very good flow.
So much light coming through those windows but I think I would enjoy this place more when it is winter and dark. Whatever light exists will be captured and you can sit back with your coffee and enjoy the NYC winter Wonderland
Hey Eric! Great tour of this amazingly gigantic apartment. I loved that this apartment had so much space. The rooftop and the stairway was my favorite about this apartment
In love with this penthouse. And I just want to say that Im so happy for you! I know your channel for a long time, and I can see that you’ve improved (and now you are doing add, so it’s shows how much you’ve grown). Congrats.
Love from Bangladesh, Erik. I really enjoy watching your videos. The way you show the places, the camera works, angles; everything is much better than anyone else doing this job. Please make more NYC apartment videos and stay safe. :)
even if I had this money I would never buy something in a noisy, polluted, overpriced city. Having this money can afford you to buy something cheaper and more distant from the city and you`ll have the money left to live on.
It’s absolutely spectacular! This is the best penthouse I have seen yet! It has everything imaginable and the kitchen is very unique and exquisitely designed.. A true masterpiece and one of its kind!
_I promise my future self that I am going to buy one of these luxurious apartments before I'm 25 years old. I love watching these videos, especially your videos because it gives me an idea of what I want and the space to let my imagination run wild with endless possibilities of what I can live like and never settle_
My favorite part has to be the rooftop patio. I'm always a sucker for those. It also helps that said rooftop patio is 4 times the square footage of my entire (non-New York) apartment.
Beautiful!! I'm excited for the people who have hoped to be able to afford something like this and are now able because of the current shift in our economy.
Wow, that’s an unreal property. I would’ve thought it’d be priced for more. One the the few NYC penthouses I’d buy perfectly as is. …that rooftop space is just unreal
I watch you since the very beginning. You can not remember me cuz most of the time I'm watching on TV so I don't comment your videos. First I saw was your home tour when you were lifeguard at the pool I believe? That was this small studio with brick wall. Now when I watch your videos I'm so proud of you Erik! Hope You will keep doing good job like you do right now! Hope will meet you some day in NYC. I live here but didn't get lucky enough.... Keep Up!!
someone under 30 years old. None of that stupid clutter you find in old estates, an abundance of outdoor space, and open concept. No one 22 - 30 is worried about any damn art man.
My favorite part of this New York City apartment ? Hell ! Every part of it, is my favorite. My jaw dropped with every turn he made, and step he took, in the house. I mean i m broke rn but if one day I have $18 million lying around then I would buy this without a second thought.
Absolutely stunning apartment even if it is missing a sauna. Coming from Finland, my mentality is that if there is a sauna, the house can be called home. :)
This apartment is one of the best I’ve seen in New York on your Chanel Eric, the bedrooms are massive and en-suites are big also. Love the views. Thanks for showing. Now where can I get that $18 million? Lol
That new construction next door really impacts the location, artfully edited that info out. Beyond that the master layout doesn't feel as private from the common spaces

Hello can you tour a house in LA again plz....
Glad your back
Thank god I missed these
Yay you’re back
@Erik Conover hey what is the other building on the roof? Im really curious because it has like a viewpoint at the top haha.
Me with 0$ in my acc : " nah not my type "
Me too. The house isn't too bad but I think half of its price comes from the location, well most things in NY are but still.
$sign goes before the amount of money kid
You just wait, it'll soon be enough
@@1871-m2f that's how u know I don't have any hahahha
bhai rankarr aren't you indian???
I like that you added the blueprint schematics as you toured each room.
One sec i think i left 18 mil behind my couch
I was gonna like. But u at 69

I loved the "Oh s#$t!" moment when he found the laundry room. 🤣 That would be me.
Why do they never do these tours at night and show off the lit up sky line!!😭
who else is waiting for that 500 million "the one" mansion ? use me as a buttoon
Its coming! Not an easy place to get into haha
@@erikvanconover ok
@@erikvanconover you got this Erik!
@@erikvanconover cant wait

4:02 He really selling a windowless room as a good thing
Lol
well I mean, that's his job...
I would make the guest bedroom my office haha
Sunlight and air is overrated. 😂🤣😂🤣😂
I totally get his point.. i like work in my buble
This is great!!! But plz resume your travelling series!!!!!!! Can't wait anymore
lots of COVID travel restrictions in place, most likely will not be until 2021

This place is incredible! One of my favorites.
Erik: @ 01:37 "and the first thing that you notice..."
Me: He is going to talk about that Cat painting
Erik: "...beautiful ceiling"
Me too!
I literally love your job😂
The price is worth it as it's huge.
So much light coming through those windows but I think I would enjoy this place more when it is winter and dark. Whatever light exists will be captured and you can sit back with your coffee and enjoy the NYC winter Wonderland
Good days are back, missed these amazing videos for such a long time.
Keep 'em comin' Eric.
I prefer this to an apartment on billionaires row its homely and unique and has character worth the price tag!
Hey Eric! Great tour of this amazingly gigantic apartment. I loved that this apartment had so much space. The rooftop and the stairway was my favorite about this apartment

Awesome, thank you!
It's the best penthouse I've seen yet. The staircase really makes it special. And with a terrace like that how could you not want to throw a party?
POV: ur sitting on your bed thinking you will never be able to afford it.
LAMO🤣😂
Not with that attitude
Work hard and you’ll be successful

Максим Попов i think it’s definitely not for the people who have only 18m bucks
Really a big fan of adding the blueprint map of the apartment so we can see where everything is gives a way better perspective than normal tours.
nice penthouse but we want the one tour😆😆
Btw luv u bro. Keep it up..
Fantastic episode Erik!! 🙌

@@ahtapottube9072 true. I would buy max 2mill house
@@ahtapottube9072 ya to buy this house you gotta have at least 50 million
Really liked this one
The bedrooms are spacious and the location is also nice
Love the edition of the Floor plans Erik. Really helps to get a feel for the place. Greenwich Village is my favourite neighbourhood in NYC.
When you're obsessed with real estate and spend all day looking on Streeteasy and then seeing this video and remembering walking through the 3D tour.
That transition to the trimmer and ball deodorant tho..smooth...pun intended...😂
love your videos keep up the great work on the house tours to!
You are a one of kind Erik
First one - best one
Agreed
Love all your content, but those NYC apartments are something special. This is a dream life, tons of inspiration
Glad you like them! NYC has changed recently
@@erikvanconover Yeah, but still looking forward to visit NYC :)
Amazing! I would have liked to see the night view, must be breathtaking
There are so many favorite parts to this apartment, but hands-down its gotta be that magnificent Custom staircase!
Beautiful staircase, but not great for an overweight old english bulldog LOL....good thing there is an elevator
Erik Conover 🤣🤣🤣
Staging design was acc really good they did such a good job
Floating staircases make me dizzy so
👍❤❤
nobody:

Seen many expensive house tours . This is one of those house which atleast feels like home
The staircase along with the roof deck. Awesome!
roof top view of all those water towers is amazing and fun...also love the 9 ft arched windows!!!
What's that other building on the roof at 10:13? The solarium is on the left, but what's that on the right?
AYEEE MORE HOME TOURS 😍

That kitchen was siiiiiiiiiiiick. The whole apartment for that matter. If I was a billionaire, I’d pick it up in a heartbeat.
Thank you for great content 🙏🙏🙏
OMG! This is beautiful!!! Fantastic video, Erik! I love it.
Thank you very much!
5:55 Maan, did I really just see what I saw?? Talk about elegance..
Kind of a miss match, yes. "Check out this multi million apartment. Oh by the way, your balls will thank you. Now back to the tour!"
@@ostentatiousostrich you must not be a man, my balls are valued at over 20 million like most guys

I love that you added a floor plan, its easier to fully be in the tour for me :D
Glad you like it!
I love that every bedroom is en suite!
The stairs are absolutely amazing.
This is the best tour you have done. Absolutely loved it !!!

Beautiful!! I'm excited for the people who have hoped to be able to afford something like this and are now able because of the current shift in our economy.
Loved the wooden water towers so iconic
This is one of the best NYC apartments I’ve seen on any channel

Erik: doing a penthouse tour
Me: in the suburbs
please do more of NYC video... i have been waiting for them for a long time🙏....much love❤🙏
the dining room table and chairs looks like an IKEA discount special and does not do that area justice at all

@@vaughnamir.6457 Also heard of efficent electric chimneys. They suck in all odours in a jiffy.
That is amazing!!! I love your tours!!
glad you are enjoying them!
The custom staircase is easily the most impressive part of a truly impressive apartment.
Amazing job Eric! Please tour on London's luxury properties too.
Am I the only one that’s happy NYC is back
Looks Like Something Spiderman could never afford
I’m confused by the point of this comment
That's because spider Man was a nice guy with morals and respect...If he got upset and wanted money I don't think it would be hard for him to get lol
Oh la la ! Extravagance, I hope I can have one like this in NYC😀
Wow! I'd buy this place in a heartbeat if I could!🤩😍💖

Whenever I hear New York luxury apartment I immediately imagine Gossip girl. I imagine serena walking down those stairs in her versace gown😂😂
