7:35 I think is a hidden slender room that extends behind the TV and has a blacked out window. The library should actually have three windows, but there are only two because the third one is in that hidden room. Perfect for a large safe to house Bitcoin keys and/or a server room. It's just below an electrical room above, so probably it's easy to get big infrastructure into there for server hosting. I think I could hear the noise levels increase slightly as you opened the door, so probably it is a server room with cooling fans.

Another house that looks less like a museum and more like a place you can move into. If this is the owner's furniture and décor than the guy has some serious style.
I’m less intrigued with who owns the penthouse than with who *decorated* the penthouse! The use of a variety of beautiful natural stone and wood for the walls combined with the deft touches of metal was truly masterful. With each design element, there was neither over-kill nor under-use - which reflects a mature and intelligent sensibility. It’s so rare to see a bright, airy, modern space that conveys a sense of warmth and comfort - yet it was achieved here. I noted that warmth was conveyed not through gold or yellows, but through taupe-ish tones, soft browns and creamy whites. The deeply tufted velvet couch, thick cushioned leather counter stools and an abundance of animal hides spoke of luxury and wealth. Quite brilliantly achieved - indeed, the result equals mote than the sum of its parts. Kudos to both decorator and owner.

The floor plan flows well, there is lots of light and airiness. It's just lovely with simplicity and flare. Thanks, Erik, for the how the billionaire's live tour, it was fun, and we want a pair of those Bitcoin sneakers!

other than central park, i can tell you that a lot of the ultra-touristy stuff (times square, empire state building, statue of liberty etc) are not worth the running around you have to do to see them all. the quieter neighborhoods of new york are where you find true beauty, the best places to eat and drink, and the most interesting communities of people. take it slow and dont try and see the entire city in one trip. its impossible
