What a great idea, the best way to make broken glass in a window frame is to put some glass in the window frame and then break it!!! So simple and yet I would never have thought of doing this, well done Sim and Michael Burns for this superb effect. Have a great week and have some fun, Joe
Brilliant video , been using plastic sheet from packaging, but this looks far better. Thank you.Just ordered on Ebay, not the same seller as they have gone !
Lol i was looking for something to make realistic glass from and used to work in a lab but it's only when i watched your video. Just didn't think of those thin covers when making microbiology preparations. These covers are indeed really thin but i think you might get away with using the bigger glass plates for larger scale dioramas too
Very nice Simmo, i ordered some of the Chinese ones for the first dio i did last year but they took sooooooo long to come that i used plastic instead and i haven't even opened the box to check them out, i think they are the same thickness, they look easy enough to work with, you certainly got some very realistic results with them :)
I am so happy with the effect I just don't know why I didn't think of it it took one of my subscribers just to mention it and then I got the Eureka moment many thanks simmon
