My Family Fixed This - Naturally: 1. Wash your hair with Sulfur 8 shampoo, using a silicone scalp massager. 2. Let it dry naturally. Be sure to blot the excess water with a brand new towel or one that you have never used on your hair / body before. 3. That night, SMOTHER your entire head with Vaseline - wrap it in a scarf and sleep that way. Why? The easiest, most 'natural' way to kill the yeast / candida and anything else that is living on your scalp which is what is probably happening - in a matter of minutes - is to simply smother it - NO OXYGEN means no ability to breathe, thrive, grow or survive. 4. The next morning, mix bentonite clay, apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil (whatever ration you want...it really does not matter) into a bowl (do not use a metal spoon when mixing clay - use plastic or wood only). SMOTHER your scalp with the clay, let it dry then just sit under the shower and let it rinse off until the water runs clear. You may need to do this a few times to get all of the Vaseline off of your scalp and hair - but you'll see that you've just 'killed' the yeast when not one hair follicle itches. Repeat weekly, or as often as you need to and be sure to hot wash with white vinegar and baking soda all of the bedding, towels, clothing and anything else that it may be living on. (fyi never mix bleach and vinegar). We tried this - and it literally solved the problem overnight. If there is a new issue we just repeat the process. Good luck and God Bless!

Hi, can you make a video about the curly girl method - is it a safe method to be used as no shampoo is used, only conditioners. I am following cgm for 2 months now and my scalp gets very greasy quite quickly, but it was greasy before the cgm too and I have a 2b and 2c type curls - it was greasy on my scalp and I had dry ends of my hair. I can see that cgm helps my hair but not to a scalp.. Lots of cgm followers told me it's a natural process as my hair was used to sulphate shampoos with harsh ingredients and it might even take 6 months until my scalp ''calms down'' - is that true? Thank you in advance :)
Thank you, it’s weird I’ve never thought dermatologist for scalp (which makes sense, it’s skin)

My scalp is really itchy and the only thing that helps is mint oil, but my dermatologist said that mint oil is really strong:/
So dilute it with jojoba oil or argon oil , problem solved
