    I began using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum which has rosemary because my hair was quickly falling out due to stress and other factors. I had been simply looking for anything at all to try, so this was suggested, so I went for it. In a few days, I myself noticed noticeably less hair loss when I comb my hair. I also noticed where I initiated getting patches of loss, there was new growth. It actually irritate my skin a bit right near the forehead hairline, so I apply a band to prevent it from running down whilst also keeping the head tilted back during application. The irritation vanished and did not returned, so if your skin is sensitive or simply to be careful, I recommend a hairband to avoid it from running down to your skin. On the whole, I'm so satisfied with this serum and will carry on to use.

    I have had hair loss issues for years. Serum ferritin was low, so I supplement iron now. Topical care had successful results, especially pyrthrione zinc shampoo by vanicream, used as a 15 min mask with 5 drops of organic peppermint oil. Still, I was shocked when I added enough whey protein and at least 2 eggs a day to bring my grams of protein up from average of 50gm a day to over 100 gm a day (after learning aging women need to increase to 1 gm per pound of body weight my diet to fight sarcopenia). My hair is growing in thick and stronger than ever! I wish the doctors I consulted had recommended trying a moderately high protein diet. Thanks for mentioning it! It’s more important than I ever realized :)

    Rosemary oil absolutely transformed my hair. I had significant hair thinning to the point where my scalp was showing and now I have the thickest hair I have ever had in my life. Even though rosemary oil is not studied very significantly yet, I HIGHLY recommend people use it twice a week for several months. I PROMISE it will work wonders. To convince people of my hair journey I took photos before and after and whenever I get the chance I show them to people to prove that it works. I have spent hundreds and hundreds on Minoxidil without seeing any results. Started using rosemary oil twice a week and now have the thickest hair I have ever had in my entire life.

    I purchased the irestore and didn't like the indented forehead that lasted for up to 6 hours. So I attempted to return it. They REALLY don't want you to return it! First if you return it BEFORE 12 months you must pay shipping. The box is large and it was over 50.00.
    2nd 18% restocking fee.
    3rd if anything is wrong with it you pay an additional 18% so 36% plus return shipping!! I didn't have to pay that but seriously! Buyer beware

      I agree with you. They make it really difficult to return. I ultimately returned mine too because I didn’t think I was seeing benefits beyond all the other products I use.
      One note I will make about the head indention for those who may experience it but want to keep their unit, iRestore has smaller bumpers that you can replace. This helped me a ton with the indentation left after using the unit with the original bumpers (it became uncomfortable until I changed to the smaller bumpers). I reached out to them and told them about the issue and they sent me the smaller bumpers for free (but I ultimately paid dearly for them when I returned the product).

      What do you mean by indented forehead? I’m asking because I have recently received mine and I am not sure I use it properly, lol. I have used it twice and I did not find any disconfort. It came with 2 silicone pads already attached to the device, in the back area, like at the back of your scalp and one silicone pad detached that you were supposed to put in the front area of the device, so I think.
      I did not attached that third pad, I used it as it came, and it matched my head fine lol.
      I wonder now if I should have put that extra pad also, so the laser holes don’t come so close to the head or the pads are just for confort purposes?
      Thank you.

    • @Alice-oe4kd
      @Alice-oe4kd Год назад +6

      I had a similar problem. Then I looked at it and realized that front piece will easily come out. Just push it gently from side to side while pulling on it. Voila no more indentation. I am having no problem with it now.

      @dianatrif7085 Год назад +4

    I'm a person who hardly ever uses any heating tools on my hair not even a blow dryer. I do have a tendency to put my wet hair in a bun using a silicone hair tie. I am looking into purchasing satin hair ties. My hair sheds but very minimally for my age (I'm 46). I contribute my hair growth to genetics as well as using collagen peptide powder, black seed oil, probiotics, and clean eating habits. I do have a persistent itchy scalp in certain areas and have started incorporating jojoba oil (on scalp & ends of hair). Jojoba oil has a multitude of benefits for hair, skin, nails.. While Olaplex is a great product, I've used several times it can get expensive. There are less expensive ways to address problems that aren't severe with time and consistency.

    Being a hairdresser of almost a decade, I can tell you, that you're not intended to use strong shampoo on your hair.
    I've noticed hairlines of many individuals, and I spotted that people who were using strong shampoo cleansers generally had thin hairline.
    So I recommend only to use mild shampoo only. I personally use and advise to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
    Also, do hot oil massage two times a week as it enhances circulation and encourages healthy hair growth.

    I use Aveda color conserve shampoo and damage remedy every-other day. I also use the Pureology detangler afterwards - it works great when brushing out my waist-length hair. I go to an Aveda salon every three weeks for a tint touch-up to remain blond, and mostly let my hair air dry except for my scalp - it's gets too flat against my head otherwise. I get a dusting of a trim every three months - take loads of vitamins everyday, including biotin, eat a VERY balanced, healthy diet, and exercise. A few drops of Moroccan oil spread in my palms and then along my hair keeps it glossy. I only use heated curlers - they're hot enough.

    Hard water is an issue, especially living in a major city. What I have been doing to combat the noticeable damage are 2 things: 1) wash out shampoo with only distilled water; and 2) once a week use an apple cider vinegar/distilled water rinse. On a daily basis I massage my scalp for about 5 minutes with a hand-held scalp massager. Since I suffer from a bad case of psoriasis, inclusive of the scalp, my shampoo selections are limited to conventional treatments (i.e., zinc, coal tar, ketoconazole, etc.). Following childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I acted to remedy it. I opted for a health-centered approach.
    I prioritized my nutrition, having nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Folic Acid and Protein.
    I exercised daily and practiced meditation for stress control.
    I avoided tight hairstyles and stopped using heated styling tools to minimise hair stress.
    I even started applying LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo along with a neem wood comb.
    The result was hairfall control and the return of my hair.

    Question regarding minoxidil and sebhorric dermatitis: I have been taking prescribed topical medication for the dermatitis, and my scalp cooled down from red to a faint pink in some areas. Is minoxidil safe for such post-treated scalps? I don't know if such scalps can be as normal as a regular scalp. :/

    I used virtue but heard they have silicones in their products, is that true, I love the density booster though. I also use the Michael Van Clarke steps. UV shampoo/conditioner because I colour my hair and great in the summer months, the life saver on towel dried hair to nourish/detangle, then his thicker quicker on the roots and mousse on mids to ends, my hair has been fabulous. I also use a silk pillow and aquis hair towel. My hair is still fine but I know it’s condition is good. I do love your videos and instagram though Sam 👏🏻👏🏻

    I have another brand, and it came with warning to never look directly at the laser lights. Maybe they were just being overcautious or the lasers are different.

      @@sherihiralal3852 yes, it caused weight gain for me. I gained 5 pounds in a short period of time and noticed severe bloating. This all came about without change to my diet or exercise routine. I read up on minoxidil, as it was the only new product I was using, and I read it can cause weight gain. I stopped using the product, and I returned to my normal self. My husband also was using a product with minoxidil, and the exact thing happened to him. Maybe we are the severe cases that experience that as a side effect.

    I've been using a mix of rosemary oil, jojoba oil, and castor oil before I get in the shower, I leave it in for a good amount of time and massaging it into my scalp, mind you I bleached my hair a year ago and lost most of it. It was so bad. Now I have healthy longer hair and was able to get it cut for the first time in forever. I gained 6 inches from April - Sept. My hair does not normally grow that fast bc it was severely damaged (even before then it didn't grow that fast) be consistent I've done it at least twice a week bc I only wash my hair three times a week at most, it doesn't get too greasy until like day 3-4. Please do yourself a favor and use rosemary, castor and jojoba oil. A good post shower hair routine is good too. I use a leave in conditioner, air dry creme and the olaplex bonding oil mixed with a tiny bit of jojoba and my hair has never been softer and healthy. I've been doing this since April and the growth even after the haircut is insane

    That virtue product is a godsend. I would encourage anyone who uses it but notices no change in hair shedding in the beginning (like me) to wait it out. I’ve noticed that virtue has two major effects - making my hair grow longer and reducing hair loss. For me at least my hair grew noticeably longer at the start of treatment while the “normal” hair shedding continued for a couple weeks. After that... 🤩🥳🥰

    I'm curious how one can talk about being happy or content with a specific product if they've been using more than one way to address their problem. E.g. if you've been using some topical cream as well as laser therapy, how do you separate their effects or attribute the results to the product or procedure separately?
