My last blackshark was good. I just hope this isn't as much of a disappointment as my Kraken V2s. Mic started crackling after a year and I couldn't get a hold of anybody about it. I actually really liked my old blackshark, it was my first proper headset and it lasted me a long, long time.

Today I bought the BlackShark V2 Pro and everything about it is great and I mean everything the comfort is amazing and the sound is even better I love it but the mic quality is absolute garbage everytime I join a party people think I'm talking through a phone put in a microwave and I'm really thinking of refunding it but I don't think I can find this amazing THX Spatial Audio and sound anywhere can anyone help me ? like with eq presets or idk anything?
perhaps you can help me with something. i bought mine last week and right now it randomly makes a beeping sound. at first i thought it's notifying me that i have msgs. no idea if it can actually do that but i can't figure out why it's doing this. random beeping. and it gets reptitive. sometimes every few seconds and sometimes every second. restarted and reconnected. same issue. thoughts?
No real idea but that generally beeping means the batteries are low which is also probably why its shutting off then back on. Doubt this helps you 3 months later though.
They're good headphones, but their Quality Control is absolutely junk.. I've returned two pairs so far, and my third is bad too.. all with different problems. Do not buy, unless you will open and test them in the store before walking away.

THX spatial audio isn't good, I don't recommend getting it. Trust me, I have it myself and after months of tweaking I just completely gave up on it.
