The dough is basic like what you usually put in it. It the cream on top is what makes it the bomb! I would say they mix it with cream cheese, powdered sugar, a hint of lemon and vanilla extract! Mix it well! I tried this and yes, it does came out like Cinnabon!😅

I have tried so many “copycat”recipes…”best ever”’s and not one has compared to an actual Cinnabon. I truly would give just about anything for one to reopen in my area or at least within 20 miles of my area !!
