Training for a strong stomach and strong arms - standing exercises

  • Welcome to my RUclips channel for a new workout where we focus on a strong stomach and strong arms through a series of effective exercises. Without the need for special equipment, you can follow these standing exercises at home and achieve excellent results.
    Exercises are performed with the strength of your own body (without props) in 30-second intervals, with a 10-second break in between. This video contains a total of 10 exercises, alternating between exercises for the entire abdomen and arms (as well as shoulders and back). For even better results, I recommend repeating the workout one or two more times, with 30 to 60 seconds of rest in between.
    Note: Each exercise is performed carefully, precisely and in accordance with the signals sent by the body. If something is difficult to perform, then take a short break and continue...
    At the beginning of training, it is mandatory to warm up:

    Exercise is important for health and the whole body. In order to function as well as possible, we should start exercising as soon as possible.
    Exercising at home has the same effect as doing it in a fitness club.
    Training takes place in real time.
    During training, it is important to drink fluids (water) to avoid overheating and dehydration.
