Thanks for making this video. This is exactly what I needed. Ecoflow, bless their hearts, does not answer questions directly and nothing is exactly as it is on paper.
Excellent video. I am looking into portable AC's right now and have landed on the Eco Flow Wave 2. I wanted an additional power source and this seems to be a great fit. Thank you for your research.
here's my honest review. i use this in my semi truck. there's no way it can cool the whole truck unless you run it off of a huge battery or ac on max mode. the add on battery will give you 4-5 hrs at best using eco mode and only pointing the air on yourself. I've setup a tent inside my semi truck and did everything i can and it will give me 5 hours on manual mode fan 1 temp 75f. so either get a huge battery or run it off a gas generator.
It blows out very cold air when the compressor is on. But Eco mode causes the compressor to run for a few minutes and then forces it to stay off for a few minutes. During the time the compressor is off, it’s just going to be running the fan blowing ambient air temperature out. Thanks for watching!

Not sure. Maybe the WiFi connection is what is consuming the power because so long as the unit has power, you can turn it off and on in the app. Thanks for watching!

@@theresatrickforthat I'm glad to hear it. I just ordered the wave 2, spare battery attachment and the Delta 2 with the solar panel charger.
Great test. Thank you! May I ask where did you find the window vent?
I made it! Haha! It’s pretty easy with the template they send with the Wave 2 box. Thanks for watching!

Great insights! Thank you! And thanks for watching!
Are you using insulation?
When you have it on eco mode does it still blow 60 degrees out? Is it truly 60 degrees is what I’m really asking.

Link to the extra long dc cable ?
Right here! I got mine from Wellbots. Fantastic company and service! Link: shrsl.com/4pm76 Thanks for watching!
What power cable did you use to connect the Delta to the Wave? I am using the AC cable but looking for a different option.
I'm using the long DC to DC cable they sell. Don't recall it's technical name. But it's pretty easy to find! Thanks for watching!
@@theresatrickforthat Thank you, I ordered one from EcoFlow. Thanks for the content.
Why would it pull 11 watts just sitting while turned off...?

My eco wave2 pulls 70watts and with the add on battery on
when full charge 100% it pulls 112 watts 🤦
Your lucky 🍀 yours only pulls 11watts 👍
