Chris, it's absolutely night and day the feel of the bike pre and post tune. The "falling on its face" feeling in low RPM while climbing is almost non existent now and that little vibration between 6500-7000 is 95% better. You absolutely knocked it out of the park. What I can say to anyone who reads the comments, obviously just looking at the before and after numbers, it's not the huge and flashy jump that you will usually get with the bigger bikes, but owning the bike, and the before and after feel, the pick up, acceleration, responsiveness, decell... across the board, it's a brand new bike. Oh, and the reason there wasn't a true baseline number to start from is because a couple weeks after getting the bike i took it to Chris for him to just take some of the restrictions out and add a little more fuel across the board, knowing that i would be back after break in since it couldn't be put on the dyno yet. As for the exhaust, i fully intend on getting a real and true slip on. This was more of a "hey, I wonder what this would sound like and do...." kinda things. Anyway, thanks again Chris. I'm sure after a few more mods I'll be back up there again, seeing what else we can pull out of the little 600 that could!

😂😂😂
Someone close to him drop off a ninja 1000 and get it tuned so I can send him my ecu. 😆 wish I wasn't so far away
Had my 2008 R6 tuned in NJ.. Power Commander with complete flash, full akropovic titanium exhaust, race sprockets, race air intake… it made 129hp at the wheel on dyno.. the R6 has so much more capability than it comes with from the factory!
The eBay special is pretty sick
It really did sound good. I was surprised!
Any gains from just a slip on and tune? I will probably leave the cat on. If I am going to delete the cat then I will do it right and get a full header.
Great video
I need an unrestricted xl hoodie bro. Lol.
What computer program allows you to view and edit the ECU parameters? Does it require an add on like a Power Commander or can you directly edit the stock ECU? Thx in advance for your answer.
Watch the video in this link. It will answer all your questions.

can we get more info on this ebay exhaust? sounds amazing
Ikr
just about any cat delete pipe will sound the same, unless you do the same muffler mod as he did, yours won't sound the same
#moonshine in Black Mamba-->#1
Hmm.. so anyway I can gleam some timing knowledge from you? I have the 17r6 with a Woolich. Not many folks up here in Canada play with this, even less where I am. My bike is race only....and I "thought" I removed all the restrictions. I have never touched the ignition as it scares me.... Any help would be appreciated.
If it is anything like the other maps ...they drop from the wanted value in the map (it should be 100… but drops to 85 in THE ECV map for example?)
Thanks
Suspension and brakes more bigger and exhaust just SC project or Austin racing. 😇😇😇
That shit sounds great
You ever play around with an mt-10 on the dyno?
Your the best
The R6 has "A", "STD", and "B" modes. Which mode was the baseline and which mode was flashed?
Master a question if you allow me, when performing the TUNE on the ECU, do you deactivate the lambda probe and the AIS system? Or do you perform the TUNE with these systems installed on the motorcycle? thank you very much !!!
I'd really like to know as well.
I installed block off plates prior to getting the tune. If you don't, you really won't get true numbers. He also unplugged the O2 sensor for the tune and disabled both in the computer during the tune. Hopefully that answers your question
@@rollred1995 hats off to you for that "Stock" muffler Mod... Arguably one of the best exhaust I've heard on a R6 👊🏾
@@bacchusthompson5834 lol, it's kinda funny. I figured i was going to be WHOLLY blasted on here for the exhaust (we all know how some can be online) but it has been the complete opposite. I appreciate all the comments and compliments. So, thank you!
Awesome thunbnail
I need to know if you can flash a ECU 2020 R1M
What tire did that thing that have on it
So who’s bullshitting on the call out with Ricky? Been waiting for a while now to see the results, which I already know.
The ecu settings from the factory is literally just to get through the red tape lol
funny question can you guys flash and tune a 2018 ninja 650
I liked before i watched. R6 are R6y
Hey! My idling on my Yamaha R6 2017 is flickering sometimes during different temperatures. Does it hurt the engine and is it enough to just modify the idling fuel/air ratio? My ECU is flashed by P3 Tuning. Thanks!
Which is better flash tune or pc5 what would you recommend
Keep watching my videos. Flashing is way better.
You ever tune carbureted bikes?
Can you hold the camera lower plz. I was getting dizzy AF the first few minutes of watching.
Have you done any Ecu flashing or tuning on triumph street triple rs?
How did he modified that exhaust? Deym
Which bike is king Gsxr or R6
What model dyno you got there? Is it the 250i?
Need an 07 gsxr 600 ecu flash 😢
Does the r6 has quick shifter?
Still wanna see an mt09
I wish I had a chris near me 😭
Do you test other fuels such as vp u 4.4 or any others?
Looking to get my 2020 Kawasaki ZX6R TUNE AND FLASH. CAN HELP ME OUT?
@DMoney Industry thanks alot 👍
Does it hurt when shifting without using the clutch? Or do bikes have autoblip or whatever it called when you do that
Not at all, clutchless upshifting doesn’t harm the bike whatsoever. Clutchless downshifting doesn’t harm the bike either if done right, but you have to be extremely precise. Generally it’s just better to clutchless upshift and use the clutch for downshifting.
Hey how much $ for a r6 tune?
My bike is a 04 cbr600f4i can you make any gains? Has a slip on, k&n and -1+2 520 kit..
Can't do a flash tune on them need a pc5
Where does the inch come out?
Can you flash the ecu with tuning just by sending you my r6 ecu or do you need the bike too for both. Excuse my ignorance...
an ecu can always be flashed by having it sent in, but for the best of the best is always a custom tune on a dyno, cuz every bike is still ever so slightly different, especially if it's modified, you want it tuned for your specific mods.
@@gwot good point
Sounds pretty good for a stock.
*cough cough.
Yeah it does!
Looking for a 2020 flash hit me up please.
For those of you who don't give 2 shits about drag racing, and are here for the R6, go to 4:16
