Thanks for the workout Lily. However, the title is misleading. There was no specific abs focused workout in this. Also way too many lower body workouts. Not enough upper body and abs.
I do this several times a week now and it really is one of my favorite workouts. I enjoy the whole thing. And even though it's a full body sculpt, it really is a terrific booty burn. My ass is a juicy little peach because of this workout alone! So much lift!~ Thank you!
